Tried to speak to customer services and believe it was based somewhere in Africa based on the accent of who I was speaking to. Absolutely shocking customer service and kept on repeating wrong information and then pretended she couldn’t hear me. Then when I tried to order something else she said just go on the website. Awful

Running by very unprofessional and rude advisers. Failed me Everytime. These are useless time wasting service. The support line is unable to update delivery related information. I decided not to use this company ever again.

Shocking customer service. Number given on website for Tradepoint account enquiries- but told to go in store to sort out! Why have a Tradepoint Customer service number?

I needed to match an external paint. Andrew in the Carerphilly store, on the paint counter was a great help and made the paint. Another painting masterpiece.

Visited Louth B&Q, 14.44 pm, to find items required were out of stock. Male assistant serving advised when delivery was due. Mentioned visiting another part of the country and was informed what stock was available at the nearest store. Much appreciated customer service.

The call centre is noisy and the call handlers abrubt and unhelpful. I will be taking my trade elsewhere.

Useless and non existent customer service.
Nobody answers the phone. I gave up after 3 calls lasting over 30 minutes on HOLD!!!
Get more staff to deal with customer queries, it is unacceptable that such a large company is so useless at dealing with customers

Had 10 x 8x4 plywood sheets off the pile at WSM before finding a flat one.
Ryan just popped up and helped me load them all back and then immediately cut my sheet up for me!
Look after him, this is customer care at its best!

Ordered items on their website they say lots of people have ordered over the last 48 hours. Next day delivery promised, then nothing. Took me 4 calls, on hold for 20 mins each time, speaking to staff who didn't know what they were doing, one even hung up on me! Finally got a refund, despite the website (and the B&Q website) saying still in stock and selling well. Avoid at all costs they lie, and customer service is awful.

Placed order. Not delivered. No response to multiple emails (sent different days). No one answers the phone. Utterly dysfunctional company. - My advise - AVOID.

I use the TRADEPOINT at the Bishopbriggs branch on a frequent basis. I have found all the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. This also extends to the store in general. Nothing is too much trouble, and purchases, exchanges, and returns are completed promptly. Today I had to return a new drill which did not work correctly and a box of tiles which, when opened, 4 were seen to be broken. JULIE, a member of the TRADEPOINT STAFF, was very helpful, showed genuine concern, and resolved the matter within a few minutes. Worth the 10 points, but with all other transactions defo worth more than the 10. In summary excellent TRADEPOINT and store. Cannot fault it.

Set up an account for Trade supplies, obviously as its Tradepoint, and you have to ring up for a VAT invoice every time you want one for every order!!? The clue is in the name, of course trades people need a VAT invoice - I will not be using this company again! Took 6 minutes of my time just to request this and go through the call and security, this does not make sense at all.

Very slow delivery. Times stated keeps changing. Only ordered 2 pots of paint but I could have walked to B&Q and back 1000 times.
I'll avoid this service in future.

Tradepoint at B&Q when ordering for an online delivery are completely useless, I ordered 6 items they delivered one and could not tell me when I would get the balance, I cancelled the complete order and they will not complete my refund until the goods have been collected from me, which is going to take 3 days to call me back, not acceptable.

This is the worst service I’ve ever received from Abacus delivery. Hopeless, many phone calls, lots of questions, going around the circles but noting happens. Its not the first time and its not a good business B&Q!. It needs a single point delivery system! Different companies delivering different items do not work!

Was in bq to day and had DeWalt 5 ah battery on offer cohbi found one and everyone else was saying they had none in stock but I got what I wanted thanks to cohbi she is one of the best members of staff

I ordered 35 paving slabs and they delivered 27, which were wrapped in plastic on a pallet. By the time I could open the wrapping and count the slabs the delivery driver was gone. Reported to customer service and emailed with no response for 11 days now.

Just tried to order from tradepoint. Placed a delivery and it went through and came back as ordered and would be delivered on the 30th April 2025 even though we chose and paid for 2 day delivery. I called the helpline which was surprisingly overseas event hough this store is part of B&Q. I was told by their assistant that she could not cancell my order. And that it would take 2 days to cancell and then a further 7 days to get my money back. The assistant Annastasia was rude and abbrasive. I will never use this store or B&Q. BUYERS BEWARE.

IT WOULD BE A -10 IF IT WAS AVALABLE. AS A TRADEPOINT MEMBER I AM TRYING FOR 1.5 HRS TO GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE ABOUT A DELIVERY. MADE 4 CALLS STARTING FOR BRANCH AND BEING GIVEN ANOTHER NUMBER TO RING ON HOLD AGAIN. THEN BEING CUT OFF. STILL ON HOLD AND NO NEARER TO TALKING TO SOME WHO CAN HELP ME.DELIVEREY NOT TURD UP AND CUSTUMER WAITING FOR PRODUCT. FOR ME ITS BACK TO MY LOCAL SUPPLYERS AND NO MORE TRADE POINT

I went to pick up garden fencing concrete post from Slough B&Q.I loaded everything on one trolly,after pushing to till I was exhausted, when Gurdip kauri saw me she asked me are you OK?. And told me not to brought it near counter and she came to me and scan and offers me water to drink,which I forgot in my van.very good coustmer care.
