Great service all round. It was easy to contact, see and buy a car here.
From the moment you enter to the moment you leave the friendly staff always make you feel welcome.
I bought my next Ford Focus here and the staff answered all my questions and helped me whiz through the paperwork. Everything was explained clearly and with enough detail to understand.
When I collected the car they had it all ready and waiting and had done everything promised.
I would 100% recommended this car dealer. Easy, friendly and lots of choice. Great all round.

Great friendly service with a banter!
The guys at Trade Price Cars are brilliant! Tyler was extremely helpful, explained everything to us well and made the whole process much easier. We initially had a finance quote from the provider of our previous car but the guys noticed how high the interest was so offered to look for some better figures for us which we went with in the end, so saved us a great deal. We didn’t catch the name of who did our finance but he was also really friendly and helpful. The free 6 month cover is brilliant for peace of mind, which we upgraded to a higher cover but didn’t feel pressured at any point to buy. If you’re looking for friendly service this is the place to go! We will certainly be back when we’re in the market for a new car. Thank you guys!

An Excellent Service
What an easy way to buy a car from the comfort of your own home.I viewed the car online spoke to Tyler one of the sales executives at Trade Price Cars agreed part exchange value over the phone with no pressure to purchase any other extras on offer. A date was agreed and the car delivered to my home address what more could you want.

The company hid the defects of the car for sale.
Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been entirely negative. The whole transaction, processing of documents, everything happened quickly and smoothly. However, later the specialists from the service showed them the hidden defects of the car. The front bumper of the vehicle has been repainted, and it is possible that the car was slightly damaged. The company's employees did not warn us. This could have influenced the decision to buy or not buy a car. The side of the vehicle, between the rear wheel and the car door, has been repainted. This could have influenced the decision to buy or not buy a car. The car's alloy wheels are damaged and are only cosmetically painted to hide defects. This could have influenced the decision to buy or not buy a car.
The company does not respond to an email with a complaint. Expert opinions from legal services will be taken, and we will contact The Motor Ombudsman for further escalation of the complaint.
Addition. After the conclusion of an independent expert, my suspicions were only confirmed, and it turns out that the car had an accident, which the seller did not inform about.

Hello Arvy, we have responded to every email of your complaint first and foremost and we have also had a phone conversation with you after you sent the pictures in of the claimed defects. 90% of the cars on our forecourt would have had some sort of cosmetic recondtioning whether that be alloy wheel repair, keyed door, or bumper corner scuff. So yes to answer your question the car has had the wheels refurbed. The areas of poor paint you are claiming are the inner wings under the bonnet that aren't a polished finish from the factory. The car you purchased was immaculately presented and as such may have had other minor cosmetic repairs to ensure its of the best quality and presentation when you purchase the car. Would you rather have a car with damage and or marks round the car on collection? We find it hard to understand your complaint. You also signed the condition satisfaction note on collection.
