Just your usual car dealer, pretty straightforward buying process but aftersales they don’t want to know. Agreed to have some work done to the vehicle upon purchase and now do not seem interested at all.

After my husband got his car from Tradeprice Cars last year and was very happy with the service I decided to go back to get myself a car from them . I live in Ipswich but was more than happy to travel to them as the service was brilliant previously. From requesting details and videos on the car I liked from Liam right to taking my car home was a hassle free brilliant service. I was left alone to look at the car I was looking to purchase, I was not hassled at any point or made to feel I was being sold a car just for the money. Me and my family including my dog was made to feel welcome by all staff there. Very friendly and welcoming staff highly recommend. My new car was cleaned to a high standard too very happy thank you.

My experience buying a car from Trade Price Cars was 5 stars!! They were friendly and so helpful. Left me alone to have a look round and then once I had made a choice Keith gave me information about the car and my options. Would highly recommend this company.

From initially enquiring, the staff were great with communication using WhatsApp, very friendly and professional, never pressurising and happy to answer all my questions. I drove off with my new car as a very happy customer!

I will come back with a review after 4 years from purchasing a car from Tradepricecars. First of all, excuse my English. I'm not a native speaker, and i do my best to express myself as correct as possible. I do reviees very rare, and in extremely rare occasions, i criticise somebody or a company. In general, i do offer excelent feed back. And in general, i am lucky to receive good services.

In the case of Tradepricecars, the things really are not how they seem. The 5 stars reviews come with a reward, you get a discount if you do them. So this is a little cheat that they use to get a very high rating on trustpilot. Anyway, at the begining, things runned really smooth and u was very satisfied with them overall. They found a proper car for me, i accepted it (a ford focus titanium, a very good car indeed). They sorted the finance credit. Next day i think, the car was mine and i was driving it already. It had minor issues (some faulty sensors) which they were promised to be repiared. They weren't repaired, byt really, this didn't bother me too much.

What bothered me were two things: 1) they told me that, as a bonus, they did the MOT for me, and it will be available for one year. I trusted them and i did not even check if the MOT was done or not. At some point, a friend of mine checked the situation of the car and alerted me that my MOT was expired since 5-6 months. I was stunned. I used the car for such a long time without having a valid MOT. I called them, emailed them, and they ignored me. I was very disappointed about their reaction. Or lack of reaction. Anyway, the damage was done, it was just my nervous reaction and i really wanted an explanation or some apologies for what happened. Thry never came.

2) the second issue was post-sale. At the begining, everything is milk and honey. They promiss you that they will do a good buy back of your car in the future, at any time, and change it with another one, of course. After 4 years i went back to them, as a first option, to try to have a buy back. Now things were different. They told me... hey, we dont buy cars that old (2013), we usually trade newer cars.. we can offer you this ammount (much under market price). We will call you tomorrow. They never call. I went to another car dealer and he paid me the right amount on the spot.

The conclusion is that they are very kind and very carefull with you as long as you buy from them. After that... the interest dissappears. I gave them one star to counter balance the initial 5 star rating. They have to really care about customers that already left with a car from their yard. After sales services, communication and at least pretending some interest and acknowledgement of a mistake if that happens could really bring them closer to a real 5 star rating.

Great experience thank you. Needed a car urgently and managed to source exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. Ordered it on Monday and was cleaned, mot’d and ready for collection on Wednesday. Very helpful. Would highly recommend
