Had a great recent experience with Trade Price Cars. They are all so helpful and friendly. Me and my partner was looking at buying our first family car together and Keith was really helpful and found the perfect car for us. The process was very easy and I would highly recommend.

Happy with the car but only came with one key.
Apart from that i actually paid for the car before i even saw it. All done through the internet and over the phone.

I found myself looking for a replacement car before Christmas, found exactly what I wanted at Trade Price Cars. Viewed the car on Saturday, could have picked it up within 2 days, excellent service, by the team. When I did pick it up, it looked spotless, as does the rest of the stock. The car was ready to go, and the whole experience seamless! Thanks to all, great place, staff and cars.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Trade price Cars enough! I purchased my first car from them and it was such a plain sailing experience! Buying your first car is exciting and scary at the same time but they made it such an amazing experience. The customer service is amazing and everyone is genuinely a happy kind person.

Well they have done it again! there really are no words to describe how helpful and great these guys are! I can't thank Stuart and Ian and the rest of the team enough. they have helped us out so much in getting a car that we need, they would really do everything and anything they can in order to get you in your new car. other company's wouldn't care about your personal circumstances they just want the money. Not Trade Price Cars, they really consider every option and circumstances and make things work no matter what. They make you feel really comfortable and welcoming talking to you about everything, they explain every step in detail and they put work a side and talk to you on a friend level to work out what is best for you.This is the 3rd time getting a car from the guys and belive me there will be plenty more times, I will definitely continue to reccomend them. I honestly cannot thank you enough! you have helped us out massively, and made a bad situation workable and affordable. Will see you soon when I upgrade my car! . Thank you so much again guys

Pete was friendly, relaxed and proffessional. There was no pressure at any point, he didn't try 'sell me' the car, just talked me through the features in the most personable and helpful way I've ever had looking for a car. Everyone I spoke to in there was genuinely lovely and happy to help when i had questions, it made the whole process enjoyable & easy. Buy every car from Tradeprice, absoutely brilliant guys! They really look after me and go out of their way to get me the right deal on the car I wanted. I would reccomend them to everyone, really personably fellows, easy to talk to, even me misses uses them now and her trust shes okay going on her own and knowing they wont rip her off! First honest car salesmen iv ever met!

Trust is a huge thing when buying a car and wow! Trade Price Cars came up trumps. We had been looking for a new car for a very long time and came across this Company. The staff were very professional and extremely helpful from enquiry through to purchase. From enquiry we had a call back within 5 minutes and a call was arranged with Keith to answer our questions. We live in Wales and were concerned of travelling 4 hours to find a car and part ex our old one. Keith guided us through every query, and nothing was a problem. He videos the car for us to show us its condition (which was mint) answered every question (which was many) and at no point pressured us. (I usually despise car sales man but Keith was polite, unobtrusive and gave us what we needed). I know now, why they have won an award for Customer Service because they understand the customers worries. My husband travelled for 4 hours to look at the car and test drive, stayed overnight and saw Keith early in the morning. Nothing was a problem and the car was as expected, as advertised and way beyond our expectations. Keith even gave my non-tech husband a lesson on all the gadgets in the Mercedes (now thats a challenge!) Dealing with the paperwork was seamless to sort out insurance , breakdown cover etc Keith just took our worries away and helped sort it all out quickly and efficiently. We also had a great deal on our Toyota RAV4 in part ex. All in all, the car has come back to Wales to live with a tank full of fuel, RAC cover, warranty and we are very happy with the purchase. I have heard so many horror stories from other car dealerships but I know Trade Price Cars is different. They understand their customers and its a win win both ends. Thanks Trade Price Cars - you deserve 5 stars for trust, quality, efficiency, transparency and care for your customer base.

Excellent customer service from start to finish! Scott was super helpful from the first enquiry and thereon Tyler and Ian were great with finalising collection of the car, they are all so friendly/welcoming. Their premises is impressive and easy to get to. They answered all my questions, the car had been checked and prepped, and handover was smooth. They took my previous car in at a great price too. I absolutely love my new car! Overall super happy and would highly recommend. Thanks to the Trade Price team!
