We've been using Tradeprint for nearly 10 years, for brochures, leaflets & cards etc and always had good, prompt service with high quality at a reasonable price.
We're not always the best at getting the artwork right but they have always been helpful in sorting it out and getting the job done. On the occasions that I've had to contact them I always seem to be able to speak to a human (no bloody robots) quickly and helpfully.

Very fast and profesional service. Im really happy with my print- high quality and perfect in every details ! Even when I had a problem with a Courier they help me immediately resolve this . They done really good job more then I expect. I will definetlly come back for more prints because you can't find better standard and service for this good price!

We are a volunteer organisation and have a regular monthly order for our booklets. Tradeprint prices have proved to be most competitive and as we rely on fundraising, we have to consider the cost. The site is easy to order on and on the odd occasion where there has been a slight hiccup the Tradeprint team have sorted it quickly and pleasantly. Deliveries are great and sometimes arrive a day earlier than anticipated.

Everything else has been great, but the delivery experience with Evri has been a nightmare.
Several times, we've received emails from their courier service stating that our order would be delivered that day, so we informed our customers accordingly. However, just a few hours later, we’d get another message saying: "We’re sorry, your local courier was unable to deliver your Print parcel today."
This repeated issue has made it difficult to trust their service anymore.

Theyre so quick to reply after a review on here, very quick to call too, apparently the staff are truly hurt from the review left on here and the call was just a courtesy call to understand the situation.

These guys also take payment for express delivery and then dont deliver it and call us difficult because the items come late.

Requested a bespoke quote for A4 8 Page Laminated booklets with Spot UV and Gold Foiling which i received a quote for but have been going back and forth with my client for the artwork.

Mentioned to tradeprint via email to extend my quote so it doesnt expire, no one had gotten in touch with me, 2 weeks later they claim they cant offer me the product whilst they still offer the same products online. I dont understand why the customer service team refused to reply to me for 2 weeks. Its like they dont want to work. Been trying to get in touch with management snd they claim to have no managers available to speak. The amount of stress and distress this has caused me is unreal as i provided my client with a quote based on what tradeprint could provide me.

Honestly i would stay far away from the customer service sales team as they are lazy and incompetent and would rather recommend anyone who wishes tonuse their service, use it as a last resort as these guys are not serious and are not willing to help, instead they want to ignore emails and not do their job.

I have all the emails and time stamps for the conversations but will upload them on google as they have an option for that on there.

Was dealing with someone. Rude agent who can not be bothered to reply to emails for 2 weeks.

I received a great service, especially from Faye Williams, i had supplied the wrong kind of artwork files but Faye created and uploaded the PDF’s to print.

I recently had an artwork issue after ordering some promotional bookmarks, and when I raised the issue I had a very prompt reply from Sharon – the issue was due to something I had missed myself when preparing the PDF file, but Sharon was very helpful in explaining why the issue had appeared and how to rectify it, and even offered a discount. Great after service, and would definitely use again and recommend!

I had a last-minute printing job and was absolutely blown away by the service I received. Not only was the turnaround incredibly fast, but the quality of the work was superb—and all at a great price. I've been using Tradeprint for over 10 years and regularly order a wide range of products including business cards, banners, booklets, flyers and posters. Orders usually arrive well-packaged, though like everyone, we're at the mercy of couriers at times. Customer service is excellent—responsive and helpful, especially via live chat. Having been asked to design a leaflet for our u3a and spent many days working on it. I sent an order in on Monday asking for Pre Press help, well I cannot fault Faye Williams and Nicola Doug who helped so much especially as this was the first time I had done this.

shocking service ordered 4 banners for childrens galadays 4 seperate orders for 4 customers got a email the night before they where due to say theres a delay and they would arrive on the monday 3 days after the galadays called emailed even begged them to print and i would drive the 200 miles to collect and was told no i told them they where letting down 4 kids they did not care i will never use them again i put 3000 pounds worth of work there way per month there customer service is shocking

When you get around some of the complexities of artwork and colour ways, Trade Print are certainly the go-to add on to a print and supply business.
