delayed delivery & poor communication
Ordered the pump on 12 March, invoice received with a 2-3 day delivery time. From 17 March I rang 3 times to explain pump was due to be fitted on Saturday 22 March, asking when the pump would be delivered?
Long convoluted conversations about where the pump was coming from & how little information was available about delivery details. Pump finally delivered Wednesday 19 March, without any promised telephone calls.
