Appalling customer service AVOID…
Appalling customer service AVOID DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY
Sent a faulty pump which doesn't work
straight out of the box (tested in a bucket of water before installation ) and then refuse to refund or replace as entitled in the consumer rights act 2015 saying its a warranty matter.
Having returned the pump for them to show it being dropped into a tank of water that doesn't prove anything its supposed to operate under rising water.
To then ask if I want a quote on a new
Pump!
This borders on theft
I notice another reviewer had to resort to a county court summons is that what's required?
