I have received excellent service from Tradepumps. Especially from Braden who discussed my requirements and answered all my questions and advised me on what pump I needed. I phoned back a few times to ask some questions and clarify some points and Braden couldn't have been more helpful. I look forward to receiving my pumping station and putting it into action.

Fantastic Experience
Easy to use web site with instant invoice after payment and when I called ahead of checking out to check actual stock, I was answered straight away. Also stock levels matched those on web site, which is great.

Helpful staff put me in contact with an engineer who knew exactly what to do!! Spoke with engineer Joe a needing a…
replacement pump. He was patient with my explanation and was able to email him pictures of problem. He was able to email me link of what I needed to buy. That was on a Friday and I had it on Monday (Northern Ireland)
Again when installing he took my calls and answered our questions.
