Pending orders such as Stop Loss and Take Profits become market orders if the price point is triggered - at which point the order is sent electronically for execution with our liquidity providers.
While we strive to execute trades at the requested prices, with direct market access via our ECN/STP model, it’s impossible to guarantee that the requested price will be available once the trades are sent for execution. That’s true particularly during highly volatile market conditions, such as opening and closing sessions, during or after news releases or financial releases. In such cases, if the requested price is not available on the market, the liquidity providers will execute trades at the next best available price, resulting in slippage. This is the professional standard in financial services when ensuring the best possible execution. As for negative balances, here at Traders Trust we are proud to be offering negative balance protection. This means that if your balance goes negative, we rebalance it back to zero. Consistent Amazing Service!
Traders Trust have consistently delivered amazing customer service in the last 18 months of trading with them.
As a trader you want to feel you are dealing with people who understand any requirements you may have and offer a positive solution. I have had numerous frustrations with other platform customer services where people don't know what they are doing and you go around in circles.
The customer service at Traders Trust is by far the best across the major platforms and I have been trading for several years. These guys are quick to respond and help effectively.
I have a client relationship manager that is always available on WhatsApp for major requirements as well as the online chat for minor requirements whom are very intelligent solution driven people.
Traders Trust have always over delivered on the withdrawal D+5 estimate. My withdrawals have landed in my current account as fast as within 24 hours, and this is again better than any other platform I have worked with.
Finally, this platform is always working to deliver a better trading experience. They have recently updated the design on the client's account dashboard and it is looking great!

Commision charge
I have sent money trough bank transfer, I used my wife account, instead of mine. They ask me the iban to return the money, and they kept 5% of the amount, because of a "fraudulent" operation.
I ask to prove, showing all kind of details to show that, the account used was of my wife, and there was only a mistake. But then kept the amount because it is on "terms and conditions".
So, they just robbed with that excuse

Whilst we appreciate your review, we had notified you by email that abiding to the current Anti-Money-Laundering laws which you had agreed to upon opening an account with TradersTrust, that the Company cannot accept third party deposit and can only accept deposits coming from the account holder. As your deposit was from a third party we needed to return the funds to the source the money was received from. As per the information on the deposit/withdrawal section of our website and in the client Secure Area that 'TTCM reserves the right to charge you the equivalent amount of any banking fees incurred and 5% of the total deposit and or withdrawal amount if a transfer is canceled/returned by your bank or in the event there is no trading activity.
