A newbie

They're helpful and patient with newbies like me, and react in a friendly way.
They are respecful and know what they're talking about.
I'm trading, investing for a number of years and it's the first time I saw this system they use and I can see why this could be succesful.

Excelent Customer Service

They responded within about five hours at night and quickly resolved my situation. I am very pleased and think customer service deserves a raise!!!!

I appreciated that they checked in

I appreciated that they checked in. They wanted to make sure everything was going good and that I’m set up for success. Never had an organization do that before, so it was very refreshing.
