this is a very cheap company stay away from this they have no any proper response and do cheap activity with innocent client i make 1142$ in 50k challenge program then they delete my account and give me 10000$ account i chat with pits and cc they have no any proper response totally time waist firm. i refer 15+ client they eat my referral commission also

I succeeded in a $50,000 challenge and after about a month of trading where I made a little over 25% gain on this account with over 96% winning trades, when requesting my withdrawal, I am surprised to receive an email telling me that I did the Martingale. WHICH IS ENTIRELY FALSE.
When you even see the trades they marked in my history as being Martingale and the explanations or definition of the Martingale strategy according to the terms of the contract, it has nothing to do. It is neither closely nor remotely similar to the Martingale no matter which way one tries to prove it.

After being funded and trading on the account for about 6 months, I think I can write a review that is honest. Here is my review. Overall the company can work on customer support, website, and payment handling. I was fined for a martingale-like strategy and had 50% taken from my first profit, which was a disappointment. My second issue was I made another withdrawal, and I was only paid 40% of the amount, I contacted CS and someone from the risk team, and I'm still waiting for a resolution after 5 months, and I doubt they will resolve this. I followed up, but I never got a response even till now. My plan is to switch to another company once I no longer make any profit or if this company goes up in smoke. Eventually, companies like this won't last too long. To end my review, I have made four withdrawals and was paid, but I think there are hidden fees. I never get paid the amount I request. Either way, I hope this review will help others to make a good decision to work with the Traderscentral fund. I feel like there are other better companies to work with. I work with other companies, but I won't name or promote them as this review is about TCF. Good luck, and do your due diligence researching the company.

They blocked my funded account after 1 year because I reach -5% overall but i didn't violated the daily drawdown. I asked them but no answer at all and I'm waiting since 4 days.. I do not recommend them. Even when you are funded you have a lot size limitation.. 2.5 lots on forex 0.5 lot on Gold and 0.05 on indices.. Such a waste of time

Update on March 1st: I can't withdraw yet. Yesterday I withdrew at 5:45 PST but anytime I clicked "Confirm withdrawal", I got a pop-up message "OTF withdrawals are only available on the 14th and 28th of each month. Cut off time is 6:00 am PT."

It's still 5:45 PST!

I have a bad experience with this company. I bought a 25k live account on Jan 31st and traded it till now but the statement hasn't been updated in my portal.
I chat with support team in the "Pits" but nobody responsed.
I sent email to them yesterday and they promised the problem would be solved in 24 hours but nothing happened.
I hope I can connect to Traderseco here and the problem will be solved soon.

I had a new front door which was a challenge for the company owing to the angle of frame. Chris & Lewis worked hard & put the door in perfectly. I recommend Window Wise friendly, punctual, great & tidy workers. Thank you

But deep down you guys are not good. You just flash your products to attract clients and you show your true colours after one is in.

My first withdrawal I withdrew 1814$ and I was to receive 1088$. Now sometime after that withdrawal I got an email and I was accused of using a style which is similar to martingale not even martingale as you specified in your rules with examples, and that I was using martingale without multiplication and I was fined 50% of my withdrawal and I only got 544$. I let that slide since it is a game of power 😪

Now for "max loss violation" I was to reach 23750 on my account. I reached 23767 equity and closed off on all the trades before I breached and y'all locked me out due to "max loss violation"

Traders Central is just good on the outside and ads, but inside is hell with rules destined for you to loose and for them to take your money 💰
I AM DISAPPOINTED IN TRADERS ECO 😞

I give them two stars because their customer service was responding to my queries last week, however, they were often simply replies (not very professional) and most annoyingly, not resolving the issues I raised.

After over a week, they have not made my MT5 trades feed into my dashboard hence I was unable to request withdrawal on the 14th Jan. They failed this big test.

I haven't completely given up on them yet, but they are showing me all the signs of being a scam scheme. If they are not, let them come out and respond me and convince me otherwise.

I signed my contract on Monday and received my live account today.

Am grateful for the opportunity. Hopefully I make some $$ for withdrawal before Saturday.

Looking forward to my first payout :)

Their prices are reasonable, and they even offer discounts with their token if you fail the challenge.

I made a withdrawal of $1018 on the 14th January 2023 from my Traders Central account and my share is $611 but I only got $292 on the 18th of January 2023 , I have been asking Traders Central about my balance of $319 since that day and I have sent plenty emails but no reply and I chat them on live support and the only reply I keep on getting is will get a reply from them and it's 1 week I haven't receive any reply

Unfortunate experience with this company.
I chose the challenge in two phases of 10k.
To begin with, the desktop did not work nor did it show the statistics of my trading activity. They told me they would fix it but they never did.
In the second phase the same thing, no statistics, no synchronized desktop or anything, I had to guess if I was doing well in the challenge and if I had failed or not. A disaster.
But the good part comes when I get to the real account after asking a thousand times to be able to access it because I had overcome the challenge.
The Bagley is suddenly activated, which is the system they have to show statistics. With $1840 profit and a withdrawal requested, accepted, and deducted from my account balance, 6 days later they won't let me log in with my MT5 ID.
I talk to a manager and he tells me that I have exceeded the maximum drawdown, but oh surprise! I look at my desktop and it shows that everything is ok and that I have not passed the drawdown! But the manager tells me that my account is cancelled, and that the withdrawal that I had pending for 6 days is cancelled! Incredible, I couldn't believe it.
His word against my screenshots showing that on my desktop I had not violated any rules. And with my withdrawal without paying. I will choose another anchoring company next time without a doubt.
Just compare the reviews of this company with others like myforexfunds or funded next. There is no comparison.
This company makes money from trader failures, not from their profits.
So far the experience has been very bad. If I recover my earnings and my account, and the experience improves, I will change the number of stars. But for now this is my experience.

I was sceptical at first when buying an account with Traderseco as they offer one the cheapest challenges in the market. But I decided to take the risk despite seeing some negative reviews online.

This is my experience with TradersEco

Obtaining an account - the process to obtain a challenge account was not smooth at all, I didn't receive any emails once purchasing my account, so I had no idea if I had an account or not. After doing some digging around after clicking on countless dead links on the main website I found the portal to sign into which there had my login details for Metatrader. As I moved onto moving into each phase of the challenge I still did not receive confirmations on passing phases.

Customer Portal/Dashboard - during my trading this was going through several revamps and I believe changed url at one point which was not communicated. The dashboard seemed to be hit and miss with updating my stats to the point where it stopped completely and was not updating. During my Phase two I did not get any updates from the dashboard so it made it more difficult to know how much equity I had left to work with. Luckily I was able to get manual links to an updated dashboard by contacting support.

Customer support - I must say customer support has been non existent except for the online live chat on the main website, I found that my messages and emails were ending up in a void, this was highly frustrating but thankfully I managed to get my answers from the live support when ever they were online. I found that I had to reach out to the same chat conversation to get a response other wise I would hear nothing back. Thanks to Oliver from support and Muhammed in helping out on all my queries. They have a Telegram group for support but its muted so used only to give out updates.

Withdraw process - I was not aware but you can only withdraw amounts over $2500 through bank transfer so you will need a crypto wallet for withdrawals under this amount. With a low lot size of 0.5 this makes it difficult to obtain such profits. I managed to get a little profit of under $100 using my live account which I thought I would use to withdraw and obtain my refund. Unfortunately for me the withdraw process was quite painful the websites states a specific time and date in which you can withdraw which did not work for me on the first time I tried, I assumed I missed the deadline so tried again on the next payout date during the requested time period but it still failed. This turned out to be some kind of bug as I was within the timeframe requested but it was still telling me I can only withdraw on the time frame stated.

From speaking to the live team they were able to process my payout and refund which I did receive after a few days.

In all there are many improvements that TradersEco can make to help make his whole process a lot more smoother such as a reliable update system and email updates and responses.

But the fact that they are able to offer a competitive challenge account at such a cheap cost makes this slightly less painful.

I would like to see lot sizes increase and better communication lines. But thanks TraderEco for my initial pay-out I hope to receive many more

Company is nearly impossible to reach have been trying to withdraw my money for 2 months and nothing to show for it. In the mean time my account has sat stagnate since it needs to be inactive to withdraw in the first place. I am filing complaints with Paypal, BBB, and Consumer Agency of Canada. I advise others to do so as well as this is ridiculous.

Not able to withdraw from 2k instant account. The customer support promised will process my withdrawal order within 24 hours, but it has been 2 days still no respond. Even i reach out to the customer support, but when i ask for this issue, the customer support automatically no response.

Update on 1st feb, i successfully withdraw at second period (28th). I would like to thanks all customer support for giving a help. The withdrawal is received. But u need to keep update with customer support. I will continue to use them and going to challenge the 50k verification.

And then I didnt trade for some time. I didnt trade for 2 months and they took my account for "inactive". LOL
