Just had my first payout! Thank you Prime Bridge Prop

Bad 👎 support website portfolio not working

Alright, I just experienced some of the worst experiences ever with a prop firm… I bought the Instant Funding account of 50K for 1374 USD. I bought this following the good review by Darren Hill (owner of POW Banker EA). We are a relative of Darren, so that is why we assumed the good review. Of course, Darren can't do anything about this and has nothing to do with it. In fact, we have had the terrible experience with Traders Central.

On their website it says everywhere that there is no maximum lot size, but in reality there is definitely a maximum lot size. For example, for XAU/USD, I can only open a maximum order of lotsize 0.5 and only 1.5 lotsize in total at a time... A good trading strategy with a maximum lot size of 1.5 is almost impossible. Almost every trader would agree.

The leverage is 1:50 and when I, for example, trade on an IC Markets Account with a leverage of 1:50 I can open as many as 100 lots at a time.

Darren (owner POW Banker EA) on the other hand does have an account with no lotsize limits and low commissions. Darren can place orders higher than 0.5 lotsize though. I have seen pictures of his trades. And this is the exact same account and program we have. Very suspicious.
In addition, I had to choose one of the following choices to open the account:

- Raw Spread: Low Spreads (almost zero), but high commissions;
- Standard Spread: High Spreads, but low commissions.

We chose Standard Spread. This would mean that we would not have to pay any commissions. But this is also not true... We pay for a 0.5 lotsize trade on the XAU/USD, $4.50 commission. This means $9.00 commission for a trade of lot size 1 on the XAU/USD. That's not what I call a low commission....

We then approached customer service with this information, but this experience was also horribly bad. The only answers we received were very brief like "No" or "You have a leverage of 1:50". There is absolutely no effort to be helpful.

When I read the bad reviews here, I read a lot about poor customer service. And in every good review is almost identical to each other. Everywhere it says something like: "Thanks for the initial payment. I am very happy with Prime Bridge". This looks very suspicious (fake)....

At the very least, I would like to be well served by a competent employee. And that I either get an account without lotsize limits & commissions or that I can cancel my purchase and get my money back.

Just had my first payout! Thank you Prime Bridge Prop Firm and Traders Central Community for having us well accommodated specially from the customer support members, hats off! All my questions had been answered well before I've planned to join the club. My trust from you all the way... and More power!!!

I made double payment for instant plan and challenge plan. Both were successful but I got a notification that I made an overpayment for the instant plan (0.55CAD) worth of Ethereum. And up till now, my instant account is showing zero but my challenge plan is doing perfectly.

Not sure why i signed up with this prop firm. No one to communicate with. No support chat and when you message support, no response on time. The worse, I started trading and can’t see my trade entries on the dashboard. No metrics and nothing. This is the worse of then all

The people that work in this company are the worst and they don’t know nothing about being professional . I bought yesterday a challenge with them and I went to the telegram group to ask a question . After my message ‘Hi’ they banned me .

I want my refund back I will not do my challenge with you anymore . This is lack of respect for anyone that buy your services .

Update . I send several messages thru email , because they blocked me on telegram no answer . Honestly don’t go for this prop firm

I had a bad experience with TCF.
Firstime, i bought a 50K Challenge Account and after that i bought other 50K Challenge Account.
My first account is reset and i only use second Account (my first account still have profit)
I sent my problem to TCF Customer care and they said that they will refund for my first account.
Now near 5 months, no action

Update August 8, 2022: I shared my contact info but never heard back from them.

After failing multiple challenges with FTMO, TPT and MFF, I took a break and I did practice in the DEMO account. Now I am a profitable trader.

Because of the low fee, I took a 50k OTF challenge with traders central.
they approved my stage 1 result.
but they rejected my stage 2 result.
I traded with the same strategy. (I get the rejection after waiting more than 14 days)

they rejected my account for this reason
"(c) Performing trading strategies in a way that establishes justified concerns that the backer might suffer financial or other harm as a result."

They asked my crypto address for a refund on July 8. Today July 27, they sent the payment to the wrong address. So, my refund is gone. 

My question: 
I traded with the same strategy in both stages. why they didn't stop me after stage one?

overall, the worst props funding company ever I have seen.

the worst customer support as well, they always say I have forwarded your request please wait.
in every step, it took 7/8 days, and need to contact them multiple times. 

Please guys stay away from this company.
their intention is just to make money from the failed tests.

Nice support and good company for all traders

I want to thank the Prime bridge prop firm for paying my first withdrawal on my 50k challenge live account.

I can confirm they're legit and paying out. My refund was initiated too.
They're supporting you all the time when you have any issue on Telegram and live chat.

I recommend their service to every good trader out there.

I heard about this firm months ago and decided to give it a try. I had my doubts but then I requested withdrawal from Prime Bridge and it came faster than I expected. I’m wowed, now I have no doubts, I’m all in.

UPDATE: They have refunded me the half of the amount

They didn't give back my last year's overpaid money.
Unfortunately, i paid twice for their plan payment on 30 Dec 2021. from the beginning i have contacted them several times to get back my money but they didn't give me back. every time they said that they are informing their relevant department but no solution yet. How could a financial company's service is like this?? it's one kind of scam.

I have reached the profit target for phase 1 in 3 days, just waiting to complete the minimum trading days. So far it has been very good experience. Support is doing a really good job.
