No contact possible via digital means

i wanted to ask them a question on the website but it was rejected, stating "There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later."
I tried many things (removing spaces, using short or long titles, adding surname etc.) nothing helped. I decided to send the message by mail but got it rejected:

No reviews yet, not reachable by digital means.
What do they expect? Me to call them from abroad while not even giving an int. dialing code?

I'm just interested in annual ROI's of last ten years: 2014~2023 of their stated experience.
