The FCA warns against them type traderspros in the fca website (financial conduct authority).
beware they have other websites they use.
If they are not regulated by the FCA do not use them.
If you question them about bad reviews they will say it is other companies writing fake reviews. That is a lie. I am one of their customers who has been scammed by them!

I tried to start with Traders Pros too. Sent ???? Euro and try to read more information how to trade. But when they needed copy of my ID or passport, credit card and other information I started be sceptical because this are really personal information and don´t like to give it to unknown website company.
After reading some articles I made decision, than withdrawal request ASAP is best option to be sure it is safe, because it looks like some kind of fraud.
I sent Withdrawal Request but I have NOT recieved any monies!
My "unproffesional & arogant" Account manager stopped communication with me so I start communication with my bank and explained them how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. Fortunately banks they have their own ways to get my money back.

Whilst the company seems legitimate they are linked to from a signup form on a BitQT app website. After depositing I had doubts (it took 3 days to get an email confirmation link) so I decided to close the account. There was then two days of emails - which were eventually ignored by the company. Promises from customer service that their 'Head Manager' would resolve it. Demands for personal details (which I refused due to the link with BitQT) Then over to the rude 'go away' customer service person. I have currently started a Section 75 claim with my card company.
