1000% scammers. item never arrived complete rip off. glad i paid with Paypal as i got a 100% refund

I ordered $173 worth of ratchet straps in mid-January and have received nothing. This seems to be a general trending theme looking at the other reviews. I suspect I will not see the straps or the money...

Bought 5 straps in late jan . Received email with tracking number but never received the product. Total scam.

Scam!!! Purchases of $280 then generic email saying they were flooded with orders and hope to get out within next 7 days. Sent emails with no responses, commented on FB asking for update on orders and nothing. Negative commented added stating it was scam as no communication and was instantly blocked! Have never been scammed and guess I got sucked in on the great Aussie business (I’m a small Aussie business too) selling a amazing product that we could definately use and make our life loading and unloading easier. Report everyone and continue to share with family and friends so no one else gets done and we shut these scum down!

Ordered on the 25th Jan told with shipping company on 29th ,then email stating they didn't know when it would be shipped ...still waiting ,they stopped responding to emails ...reported to ACCC total bunch of scammers ...makes you think twice about supporting small companies ,which is the real shame

I should just copy and paste everyone else’s reviews. Same story for me. Ordered $250 worth of straps. Wait till I catch these ….wits!!

Ordered $150 worth of ratchet straps. That was over a month ago! When contacted, you get generic computer generated email response.

Ordered $200-worth of ratchet straps over 2 months ago for me and a friend. Generic email response from company who do not provide their address or a contact phone number when requested, nor provide a refund for goods not received. How/ who can this be reported to? Facebook post warning other potential ‘Victims’ never got through. This is fraud.

Nothing but a bunch of scamming A-holes. Get a real job like the rest of us. Ordered 5th Feb. got sent a shipping confirmation but no tracking number. Generic emails and now I wouldn’t mind betting they have blocked me. Will put a dispute in via the banks and contact ACCC. 1star rating is too high for these thieving bustards.

Ordered over a month a go, they send a Tracking number when you check it says item wasn't ready for collection.Haven't received my straps you send them an email and you get the same generic one back each time, stay clear of these SCAMMERS.

Took my money and have not delivered the product.
When contacted I received fob off emails.
When I wrote a negative comment on their facebook page I was blocked

Scammed, purchased 3 of their rachet straps on 12Jan.. received postage notification on the 8th Feb with tracking number.
I waited a week and checked the tracking number which didn't show on any system as existing.
I emailed the company and got an automated response saying it would be looked into.
It's now the 27th Feb, with no response 3 more attempts to contact and still no product.
Don't waste your money on this
