Trade Secrets UK Reviews

Shocking service!! We ordered a specific spray tip from these guys, Tritech Fine Finish 308. We are professional kitchen sprayers and have been using Tritech for a number of years.
Trade secrets decided to substitute our tip with another brand and gave us no warning, no reason why or any Indication they were going to do so.
When we emailed they said..."its the same thing".Not sorry, not ,ohh we apologise for sending the wrong item we advertised and you subsequently paid for, just....its the same thing mate!
Its not the same thing mate!!, not even close to the same quality.
Shocking service and didn't address our complaint at all. I had to call him and ask if he had received our emails as he simply ignored us!
He then told us,after I said we refused to return it at our own expense, that he would send a prepaid envelope.....still waiting buddy!??
What the hell is wrong with you? You substitute our order like its our Asda food shop and then completely ignore our complaint.

Just wanted to say how impressed I was with the customer service at this store today.
Arrived at the store literally 2 mins before closing as I got stuck in traffic. The worker (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) was so accommodating and stayed behind to make up my paint and was also very knowledgable of the products available in the shop.
It’s very rare to come across such a conscientious worker these days.

Would highly recommend.

Excellent Customer Service, and choice of products, look forward to visiting again soon.

Amazing product and service

The staff were very knowledgeable and provided good advice in my paint selection. The products were spot on and the service was outstanding.

Very good service from Blake. High quality materials.

Best place in Aberdeen for product and knowledge. I went in not knowing what I wanted or needed and after asking the poor lad a million questions, we settled on the type of paint I required. It's worked wonderfully and my decorator said he will use them every time. Great to have such a gem of a shop so local.

First time being in this store and won't be the last. Very helpful from the moment I stepped through the door. Managed to get everything I needed, great customer service and large selection of products.

Great Customer Service and very well stocked. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my supplies. Great Team so helpful and knowledgeable .

Great range of products and quick delivery. My new go to store!

Have only good things to say about this Aberdeen Company! Always receive great, friendly service & their vast product range/knowledge is excellent! Very happy with all products I have used to date… as are my Customers! Thank you!!

Amazing shop and staff.. I shop here regularly never had a problem and really gd products

I found all the staff extremely helpful in finding what i was after, great to support a local business and would highly recommend.

Exceptional customer service from the store manager! Asked heaps of question in order to find me the right products for my project. The paint they sell is an absolute game changer. Quality is exceptional and it is extremely easy to use, even for a novice like me. This will be the only place I shop for painting going forward. I would highly recommend that you try them out.
