Dishonest & Deceitful Company
Dishonest & deceitful company. I placed order just for them to cancel saying it out of stock. Then within 24hrs item now more than DOUBLE the cost. Dont but from this dishonest company.

I presume you may be referring to our toilet roll? This is the only product that this has happened to however I am confused with your 24 hour statement? To clarify once we received your order and discovered we were out of stock we instantly refunded you and advised within 24 hours. The item was removed from our website until we had confirmation of when stock would be available, unfortunately the price has increased considerably due to the recent shortages and 16 days later this was added back to our site with the new price. We are continuing to try and improve prices but this is dependent on demand globally. This is an honest statement from an honest company, we would never try and mislead customers which is why we instantly refunded you and advised.

Please contact out sales line on 01353 665141 to ask where your order is, if we took your order and promised delivery the next day we would have despatched as promised. If you haven't received it then your order may have actually gone astray or been delayed? I suggest you contact us and we can investigate, thank you.
Disappointing
I ordered masks from tradeshopdirect which was “in stock” at the time. Two months later, I still have not received the items. They keep telling me they have not got them. I will never order anything from them again. They should not sell and take money for items they don’t have in stock.
