Ich habe in Trade-markets.co.za investiert. Der Kundenkontakt funktioniert, solange man investiert. Jedoch wenn man nicht mehr investieren und endlich die Kursgewinne und Profits realisierne möchte, kommt es zu massiven Auszahlungsschwierigkeiten bzw. zu Blockade von Auszahlungen.
Nach der Registrierung meldete sich schnell ein Mitarbeiter. Dieser gab erste Einleitung und vermittelte ein weiteres Gespräch mit einem „Broker“ der für die weitere und ausschließliche Betreuung zuständig sei . Er erläuterte das man sich zwischen 3 Optionen entscheiden sollte.
Auf meiner Nachfragen , ob ich nach der 7 tägigen Testphase auch wieder aussteigen könnte , bestätigte er , das das überhaupt kein Problem wäre und ich selbstverständlich jederzeit auf mein Konto zugreifen könnte.
Das ist aber nicht möglich .
Seit dem ist natürlich kein Mitarbeiter mehr zu erreichen .
