Gaber Ali and Partner (painters)
I employed (30.03-02.04 2026) Gaber Ali and his partner to carry out a large outdoor painting job on my house. I am very satisfied with and impressed by the standard of work of both Mr Ali and his partner. They are very competent and polite.
The job included large external walls and a gable end, as well as pipes, gutters, windows, gates and doors. The painting they did was flawless and they paid a lot of attention to detail. I may have to have more painting work done inside the house and will not hesitate to ask Mr Gaber Ali and Partner to do this.
Regarding the price, I paid a very fair price for such professional service and it was good in comparison to other prices I have heard of.
I would recommend highly recommend them.

I'm delighted with the work Slava and…
I'm delighted with the work Slava and his colleagues done on my garden. They came in to take over after a previous contractor had unfortunately left the garden in a poor state, and they completely turned things around. From the start they were professional, polite and very easy to deal with. They explained what needed to be done and worked incredibly hard to restore and improve the space. The attention to detail and pride they took in their work really showed in the final result. Both Slava and his colleagues were well mannered, reliable and clearly very skilled at what they do. I'm extremely happy with the outcome and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality garden work.

I hired Marti Tardis at M Design Fittings to replace an internal door and refurbish and re-install the architraves. Marti did a great job - he is a skilled woodworker and professionally managed the process end-to-end including an initial visit for a quote, sourcing of parts and the work itself. Alex Zelenkovs: wallpapering
Alex wallpapered our dining room area which wasn't an easy job with the radiator, shelf and wall lights in the way.
He gave great attention to detail and a very high standard of work. He tidied up after himself. He was also reasonably priced. I very much enjoyed chatting with him while he was here. I would highly recommend him for future jobs.
