The tradespeck customer support team is always available to help. The agent was able to help with my account statement when I needed it.

Tradespeck if you are not scam then give me my money back. I can not trust to send more money as fee for withdrawal in crypto and no guarantee that you will release the funds. Why do not you take the fee from the money on my account.

Money out? Big problem!

Your original funds and anything money you make from this is site, WILL NOT be refunded.

Even when you request a withdrawal, you have to speak with four or five different people who all try and convince you not to withdraw your funds.

Then you will get a person who wants you to add more money via a crypto wallet, then tries to withdraw those funds, claiming its the process of linking funds.

Its BS folks! Be warned!

Absolute worst experience, borderline bullying and harassment causing me high levels of anxiety and stress! I invested money. I was told it’s so easy to withdraw at anytime so I was comforted by that comment. My situation at home changed and I needed the money back so when I tried to withdraw, it became a nightmare! It has been a month of relentless calls and emails back and forth, then amongst all that my account suddenly dropped into negative and I lost over half of my invested money. Instead of recovering my money Albert (account manager for TradesPeck) continued to call me up to 4 times a day to ask for more money to increase my margins, sometimes at 1.42am! I told him our communication is to be via email as you are stressing me out. He did not listen and continued to call and harass me daily. I have requested copies of our recorded phone conversations but of course I have not received them. Absolute appalling behaviour by TradesPeck and to this day I still don’t have my money back! I have lodged a complaint to the commission for unfair trading practices but I don’t think they can help. I have emails and phone call logs as evidence and I’m happy to share with anyone just to prove my legitimacy. Unfortunately I have resigned from this fight as it is an uphill battle, and accepted that I will never get my money back. I am also changing my mobile number so I don’t get anxiety when I see his number calling on my phone. All I can do is help others avoid this fiasco by leaving an honest and raw review. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere to invest your hard earned cash as TradesPeck is the worst trading platform I’ve ever used.

No sooner than you posting your response to my review I received yet another call from Albert. He has called me twice a day everyday since. He is harassing me for more money to increase my margin after I continue to tell him NO. Why is he still calling me? Why don’t you performance manage him? Unless you encourage this obnoxious behaviour. I have emailed him to STOP all of which as previously stated I am happy to share my evidence.
- An email trail and other emails that we've sent each other
- My screen shots of multiple withdrawal requests and Albert cancelling them
- My call log in particular Albert calling 6 times in one day 16/06/23
- My email to my service provider pleading for them to block your robo call number
- My attempt to block your number by registering with a 'do not call' list
- My complaint and receipt to the commission
- Two recording transcripts of conversations with Albert asking him to stop harassing me and he dismissing my request instead asking me to borrow money from my family and friends or to take out a bank loan to increase my margin
- My hospital discharge papers after being admitted for high blood pressure and anxiety right after I spoke to Albert and my doctor's recommendation to not communicate any further

What a waste of time TradeSpeck. Albert continues to call me every day, today he called me 10 times?!?!?!?! You need to be held accountable for his obnoxious behaviour. He has no morals, no character, he is untrustworthy and yet he continues to ask me for money. What a joke he is and this damn company!!! I wish I never trusted TradeSpeck with my money!!!
To everyone out there don’t trade with these people!!! Don’t be fooled by the ones that have posted glowing reviews, clearly they are employees of TradeSpeck. Again worst trading platform ever!!!

This company lures you in and wants you to invest a minimum amount of about 250 euros. The first days you will see a fantastic result. Then they call you with to persuade you to put in as much money as you have available. They even advise that you should take out a loan. If you want to be careful, they say that you are not doing well with your minimum investment. You have to invest more or you will lose value on your investment. I fell for it once and invested 2000 euros extra. You guessed it; this was also insufficient according to Tradespeck. I didn't want to invest any more, but i wanted to close my account. They couldn't do that right away. After a few weeks, the value of my account was even negative! The company is fake. The address listed on their web page does exist, but according to the landlord it is not rented by Tradespeck or any similar company. They call with an internet phone that allows them to use any country code they want. Each time they call you will see a different number in your screen. You can never call them back. You can only transfer money using Bitcoin but not via a normal bank transfer as is possible with every reputable trader. Be warned, don't fall for it!
