Went into their Kingston outlet in the hope of finding a solution to a particular problem I had for displaying my products. Wasn't an easy or obvious solution but we got there in the end thanks to some helpful advice. Would recommend.

Bought some plastic storage boxes. Many of them arrived broken. Have spent the last FIVE months trying to get a response. I've emailed and called multiple times. To date not a single person has gotten back to me. Avoid.

I ordered matt silver twinslot uprights and brackets from Trade Systems and paid a rather steep £14.99 + VAT for 48 hour delivery. After the fact I checked Trust Pilot and saw that the couple of reviews present were negative. This made me a little nervous but I needn’t have been. I spoke with Paul at Trade Systems to check order status on the morning of day 1. He told me my order was awaiting courier collection but when he told me it would be Fedex as my order was a physically small I asked if he could use Tuffnells instead as Fedex had failed on 2 previous deliveries to me from other retailers. This wasn’t a problem and I received my completed order on the morning of day 2.

I rather sell on poshmark or mercari. Tradesy is a bad company. The employees are allowed sell items on their platform and ban other sellers that sell similar things. A total conflict of interest. Talk about shady company...tsk tsk

Products seem to be of good quality. The steel wasn't well packaged - the box was ripped open in various places, luckily it wasn't damaged or scratched.

Some of the items were missing - a small but critical component meaning I need to delay the job I'm working on. I had to call them twice, and despite being happy to take my money for next day delivery, staff were avoidant of responsibility, and just seemed like they didn't care.

I will try Richardsonsuk next time.
