Had an in-person interview for a sales role here and Edwin showed me the door for being 2 minutes late. It cost him 2 minutes of his time and 1 hour of mine. I'd hate to work for someone who lacks empathy and respect for others. If this is how he treats me, imagine how he treats his employees.

I'm only leaving this review so you can think twice about whether its worth your time interviewing here and to give you a better idea about who you'll be working for.

When you type trade view in google, it suggests using Trading View and I'd recommend you do the same.

Great Platform for learning Algo Trading: -- one shop stop with Algo Software and Broker all in one. So no issues with VPNs and Software/Broker getting out of Sync. etc.
Its other strength - is the the Learning Platform including the near weekly Talking Trading Sessions - which a great for both beginners and more experienced Traders.
And friendly and professional support staff that go the extra distance to help you.
To cap it - really looking forward to attending my first Annual Conference later this year - with world class speakers.

i found that the support person was very quick to outline where the problem was and explained in a manner that was easily understood how to rectify this, this was all done in a manner that left me feeling quite comfortable and not at all overwhelmed by their expertise

I saw the ad from this company on Instagram.
The sales page showing an offer for AUD 14.9 monthly subscription anyone can get breakout indicator also breakout ea.
I confirm to 3 person, Edwin (which was later known as General manager, after I watched the incomplete and useless video, I will explain why it is useless), another guy, and Rey.

I confirmed that if I bought first algo pack, I can get a fully functional EA. And they said yes. Which sound pretty good and convincing.

So, I took the bait, the indicator, yes, I can download. The EA, is still in their coding form. And customers have to watch the only video about how to build the algo.

The problem is the template and the video is the same. The algo is not the same as it shown in the sales page video, that can even money from BTC, and can trailing stop.

It's just a breakout and trigger a position with SL and target.

If you want to have a trailing stop, you need to learn, that's what they aiming for by keep scheduling call to close an expensive course.

The EA IS not working like they shown in the sales page or as they sell you when you chat to them. They will answer all the sweetness promise so long as you join them.

After I join, when I ask the same question because I cannot find what I am looking for, Rey's answer start to dabbling and keep trying to selling me the whole course.

This bait is useless.
The EA is useless.
This feeling of trying to give help by them is equal to trying to slaughter money from you.

I rarely give a review because other product or services deliver their promise, even though their products or services was a meh, they still delivered, so I don't feel bothered to leave any review. But this one really got on my nerve. I don't like it. At all.

this company tried to look good ,they have mission to customer subscribe and pay their courses with expensive price ,their software have limitied and they have tutorial not helping customer .their software unusable .please be carefull and keep far away from this company.for first salesman call you at time ,everyday,everyweek,everymonth after you join their or subscribe they give you online software for optimize your trading ,that's software doesn't work and they suggest you to get courses by them ,expensive courses after that if not work if you tried call them by phone forget it !!!nobody

The best broker I have dealt with. Great customer service and competitive fees.

I purchased access to a forex trading bot that was pitched via a sales webinar on 17 March 2021. $198 in total.

It was false advertising as it was not made clear that no trading strategies included. As a novice trader, this is daunting. This would ultimately be an upsell that would be rammed down your throat once the sales team gets you hooked on the phone. Thousands of additional dollars ($5000+) expected to be paid over for the strategies.

On 22 March 2021, I requested a cancellation once I understood what was happening. This was 2 business days later. It was a mistake purchase based on a misleading sales pitch.

The sales team would not cancel via email or show me how to cancel. They wanted to get to me on the phone. Hard sales tactics are the order of the day at Trade View.

When I refused to speak to sales staff, it was actually very easy to do it yourself once you find it because it is hidden away. see for yourself: Go to their main website homepage then go to terms and find it under subscription cancellation. It took 22 days of back and forth to get that process out of a sales rep.

Be warned - No refunds.

Did a webinar and got sold a trading course. After I purchased the trading course I found I could not use their software unless I signed up for a subscription. So I signed up for a subscription. Started the Trading course and the modules kept repeating content that was not useful and I could'nt save the progress and had to keep repeating the same modules over and over. I asked for a refund after a week and they wouldn't refund my money. I never even used their software.
