They sent wrong equipment and with one phone call the matter was corrected and my item arrived next day, a steller performance

The kit was very good. There were no instructions whatsoever included as to how to install or test the equipment. I managed it in the end but, obviously, it would have been easier with instructions.

All of the items arrived the very next day as promised, and paid for, which is always an excellent start.

Items are well packaged and ready for installation at an excellent price!

If there is one, minor, downside it would have to be the lack of instructions. However, there are plenty of 'how to' guides available on their website; they can't possibly know what you are doing with the equipment so this may be the only way to please the majority & keep costs down.

I purchased the magic eye and io link, i had trouble installing and getting this to work but with the help of the staff at Tradeworks we got it to work. It was excellent service and the staff are so patient with you. I would definately go back to them for any of my tv needs and certainly recommend them to my friends and family.

Quality product, I trawled the net and came up the tradewoks.tv for exactly want I needed at a low price.

I wanted to run 2 extra tvs from my 1tb sky box, i bought a Triax Link RF Output for Sky HD Box and didn't realise i needed a power uni,t i then ordered a power unit then found it only had 1 output i visited Tradeworks website to discover thanks to an easy to follow diagram of what was needed to run more than 2 TV's i also needed a Triax 4 Way Sky Link Magic Eye TV Aerial Amplifier i rang and asked if i needed a power supply unit for this and they said yes i ordered from tradeworks and got the delivery the next day and following their diagram i fitted it all out and now i run 3 tvs from the one sky box with controls i all 3 rooms and perfect pictures in all rooms. I am pleased with myself for doing the job but i am more pleased with Tradeworks for their help and instructions and superb service.
I will use them again and recommend to anyone.

The brackets I bought were just what I expected and were delivered very fast they were also the cheapest price I could find.

i know nothing about Satellite dishes and i badly needed some help and advice on what I needed and Tradeworks were so helpful and patient and there was no hard sell. I had every confidence in their advice and the cost was so reasonable that I purchased it there and then over the phone.

The whole package arrived promptly and even included a satellite finder. My husband, who knows as much about satellites as I do was well impressed with my purchase, and even more so with the cost. We won't be installing it yet until our new extension is finished, but I have every confidence that they will help with any potential issues or problems.

Sought a good digital free view tv aerial, referred by the Manufacture to this supplier. They sold the latest version of this aerial whereas elsewhere they were selling the older model version at about £25 more. The advice given both on the site and on phone was very helpful and professional. Will refer others if asked.

The sign of a good company is the service they give a problem occurs. There was a problem with the wrong product being sent in error but it was rectified immediately when notified, a breath of fresh air and a great example of customer service. Will definitely use again.

Spoke to the technical guys a couple of times to ensure my proposed system set-up was workable and the best solution. They then suggested the rigth parts for the job. All ordered at a good price. Will be using Tradeworks again!

The kit contains all you will need , a quad LNB ensuring spare capacity if required.
The instructions were clear and with a bit of trial & error ,we were up & running.

Have ordered again from Tradeworks TV , they offer goods that work at at excellent prices. Well done Tradeworks, will use you again and recommend .

Ordered complete satellite system for static caravan. Very informative description of product and everything is supplied as stated. Very prompt delivery. Overall, very satisfied customer.

Bought a clamp kit and tube. Cam within a couple of days. Very good price and very prompt and helpful email response to questions. Even offered to change tube at no cost to me if I needed another size.
