SCAM and DISAPOINTMENT

SCAM.

I was extremely happy when I reached almost 4,500 USD in profit. That money would have helped my family finance the reconstruction of our old house.

However, it has now been almost two months since I submitted my withdrawal request, and it is still “pending.”

I have not broken any rules.
I have opened two support tickets.
All I received was a generic “pending” response.

No clear explanation.
No payout date.
No specific reason for the delay.

This is unacceptable.

Do not pay any money to this company. I am now trying to recover at least the fee I paid for the challenge through my bank.

What hurts the most is that no one will compensate me for the 37 days I spent trading, following the rules, and earning that profit — only to see it withheld without explanation.

Very disappointing.

This has to be one of the biggest scam out there. I was deceived with their big promotions and promises and now stuck with my money not getting back at me. We all need to create more awareness about how bad they are. I have never experienced such over 3 years with #CoventrySecurities#. Unpopular ones are the reliable ones.

Hi Scamers. Its been more then 7 months that Im waiting on your response. There is no way to contact you, your bots replying same shit over and over again. You dont have a bit of dignity to look after your customers.

I hope everyone will step away from this joke of business. I sent 4000 usdt in crypto to one of their wallets by mistake and shared all transaction details with wallet id and full trasnaction detils. Never got someone to look in to that problem and refund my money back. Bots replying bulshit. Poople avoid this scam or anything related to this company if you can call it company. Do not trust them!!!!! No one replied back in 7 months!! 4000 usd lost!!

Where is my withdrawal!!!??? I’ve been waiting for 3 months already and I keep receiving the same responses over and over again like “the request has been forwarded to the accounting department.”
What is this, is your accounting department on the moon or something, that you can’t handle such a simple matter properly?
Oh right, of course — you just don’t want to deal with it.

Never buy challenge account from them - you wouldn't get paid most likely

I asked for withdrawal 7th Jan 2026, a funny $200. Nothing happened until yesterday: after more than a month they announced me my money will not be paid because my subscription (of Akashx platform) has been expired. It expired 31th January!! I was waiting for my money weeks and they just refused. No message "hello we found your sub expired, please be kind resubscribe and your withdrawal will be approved" or something like this. No: they sent me a simple rejection. I tell you guys, this prop firm is not on your side, you as a profitable trader are their enemy because they need to collect funds from other traders in order to pay you.

I attempted to purchase a prop firm…

I attempted to purchase a prop firm account via TradeXMastery and made a crypto payment through their checkout.

The payment was successful on-chain, but due to a payment method mismatch, the checkout did not complete automatically.

I have contacted support through the official ticket system and provided all required details but no response has been given. I have sent multiple messages but it just says we will pick the ticket soon for several hours now.

I am currently awaiting a response and hope the issue can be resolved promptly.

Poor Service

🤬Tradexmastery get you in with their promo codes and bleed you dry!!! AVOID😡

My name is Timi from AU.
I've been trading with TM for almost 2 years.
I have also been an Akashx member - ID:620962748 - for a little more than a year (this will be important later in my review).
I've been introduced by a friend and also I knew the people behind Akashx (Josh Zwagil) for over 10 years so I trusted the whole thing, and as a single mum I desperately wanted a side gig that pays.
Soon enough I realised trading is not that easy, but Akashx helped me with signals and I kept buying low cost, promotional TM challenges, and blew up many of them.
Slowly, I learnt... I passed more challenges and I decided I can do this on my own, I don't need to continue with the Akashx membership, I can call my own signals.
I bought more challenges from TM and I started to get more profitable.
In December 2025 I got Funded and I received my Funded account in 3 days ( #1726332). Unfortunately I blew it.
Then in January, TM had the RESET (63% off) code, so I bought another 1-phase 100K account, I've completed that challenge (5K profit) in 3 days. (#1740475)
I was so happy as I could see myself improving so much.
Then the blow came next day, TM refused to give me my Funded account this time, although there was no difference in my trading style, strategy and device use between December 2025 and January 2026.
They told me in an email that I was copytrading and used too many devices, none of this is true.
I wrote them email , they kept refusing.
I wrote another email 5 days ago, no reply. Their customer service is horrible and mainly bots.
Some people who still with Akashx say that they're doing this because I chose not to be a member with Akashx anymore.
But TM never stated that I need that.
Anyone can go to the TM website, get the promo code and start a challenge.
It's a huge scam and as someone who has been scammed by another company (CFX) before is kind of heartbreaking.
Not to mention the financial loss and guilt I feel, when I just wanted some extra income as a single mum, I lost a lot.
I'm thinking of going to my bank and try to recover at least the last transaction, but I think the bank will turn the responsibility back to me and won't help.
Please, please DO NOT BUY INTO THESE HEAVILY DISCOUNTED CHALLENGES WITH TRADEXMASTERY. ( right now it's a 70% discount for Valentine's Day 😬) I see the same signs now as with the previous scam and the decline, and I believe TM will go down in the next 6 months if not sooner.
They're just trying to get as much money as they can before that happens.
My theory also that they discriminate and refuse to pay out people who trade on their own in order to be able to pay the people who are with Akashx. Although some nicer Akashx educator now steering people away from Tradexmastery in the past few months. Their conscience maybe talking to them.
I hope you read this far and you put your hard earned money elsewhere.

Its being long time more than a month…

Its being long time,more than a month but they didn’t release my first payout according to them, payout should be processed within 3 days or 21 days but its being one month,they didn’t give my reward. This prop firm is totally scam and fraud. Don’t trust with this prop firm.

I am extremely frustrated with this…

I am extremely frustrated with this company’s handling of my case.

I requested a refund within the 14-day period and made no trades. According to their own policy, I should be eligible for a refund, yet it has not been processed.

Furthermore, my wife's account was closed due to alleged copy trading and multiple accounts on the same IP address. We share devices as a couple, which is completely normal.

The lack of transparency and delayed resolution raise serious concerns. I hope the company takes responsibility and resolves this issue promptly.

TradeXMastery- Fraudulent Activity

I don’t know how TradeXMastery is still in business. If I could put 0 stars I would. They have no intention on paying anyone any money and are just looking for ways to get people to keep purchasing accounts. My most recent account was a 1-Step $200k challenge with no consistency requirement. It was their new promotion. I paid around $690 with the discount, earned $10,000 in 5 days of trading and received an email that I had passed the challenge, but that it was under review for up to 3 days. The next day I received an email from them saying that I had failed because of copy trading, without providing any proof of such a thing. They said I entered trades the same time as others did 😂, as if I’m supposed to be the only one trading in these markets. I’ve been trading for a year with them and I finally passed a big challenge, only to see that their intention was to never give me a funded account. I made a claim for my money and am awaiting a response from my bank.

Additionally, they sent me their rules and while reading them carefully I found that they state that you cannot have more than $200k in instant funded accounts at once. I looked back and realized that in September/October/November of 2025 they allowed me to purchase multiple $200k instant funded accounts on several occasions, which means that they obviously violated their rules by allowing that, and should reimburse me for it. I’ve lost a lot of money with this company, and just hope that others don’t make the same mistakes as me.

Good choice if you don’t expect withdrawals 🤣🤣🤣

Very poor experience

I would give 0 stars if I could.

I requested a withdrawal on 03/10/2025 and the status is still pending at the time of writing this review.

Customer support has not been helpful. All responses appear to be automated, with the same repeated message asking me to be patient and stating that my case has been forwarded to the relevant team.

I have submitted over 15 support tickets, but there has been no progress or clear explanation.

Once my account became profitable, withdrawals have stopped

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Awful company avoid like the plague!!

Traded with these for nearly 2 years now and just been issue after issue. Block accounts for stupid reasons like multiple IP addresses over 31 devices I mean even the million dollar traders dont own 31 devices that's just ridiculous! We have a community who are waiting 4 months without payouts and no communication, theres no customer support anymore and they just keep sending promo offers which shows how desperate they are to get business in. Won't be long before they're liquidated themselves!!

They will take your money and your account!

I have been trading with TradeXMastery for over two years. Over the months, their customer service has gotten ridiculously horrible. Their payouts have gotten significantly slower, even for small amounts. AND, let's not talk about their rules. The rules are ridiculous. They bank on customers not passing the challenges due to manipulation, system maintenance, not following IP address rules, copy trading rules, and/or multiple devices rules. Please read their terms and conditions carefully and expect to not really understand them.

Their platform is really nice but they are NOT trustworthy. And, more than likely, you will not get your funded account or payout.

I am a TradeXMastery customer who has purchased multiple accounts and, until now, intended to continue using your services. Unfortunately, my recent experience specifically regarding my family member’s delayed payout has been extremely disappointing and concerning.

She successfully built and passed her account after working very hard to meet all requirements. Despite this, she has been met with excessive delays, inconsistent responses, and what feels like a continuous runaround rather than clear answers or resolution. The response time from your support team has been unacceptable, and the lack of transparency has created unnecessary stress and frustration.

As a paying customer myself, this situation has significantly affected my trust in your company. If payouts are not handled properly or professionally for traders who follow the rules and succeed, it raises serious concerns about how current and future customers including myself will be treated. At this point, it makes me hesitant to continue using my own accounts.

At this point I can agree that tradexmastery is a total scam. Imagine passing an evaluation with the reset promo code and my account was blocked for no reason, all they could say was I breached a rule without stating what rule it is. I sent a message requesting for a reason no reply nothing.. this isn’t right. Consistency rule was properly followed no single rule was breached. To hell with this scam prop firm.

SCAM!BEWARE OF TRADEXMASTERY

Please people, do NOT fall for this stupid RESET Promo, is a big scam, waste of money, time and resources. I saw all these review before i went ahead to buy my challenges given them benefit of doubt but to my greatest surprise i passed the challenge but the review came back after few hours with false accusations of using 27 different devices when i do not even have 2 devices. If you live in Canada, you will know is very rare to have 2 phones because it means double bills.

So, tradexmastery says a whole 27 devices, copy trading when i traded manually with very small lot size.

I counted all the money spent on those challenges as my first and last lost for 2026.

But i bet you tradexmary, that everyone behind scamming people in your organization will never amount to anything in life and whatever they lay their hands on anytime will NEVER be prosper to your 4th generation except i am guilt of all or even 1 of the accusations.

BEWARE! BEWARE!! BEWARE!!!

I see that some review have been removed from trustpilot because they are hidden the truth but this can't last .

Tradexmastery your company will go down the drain in no time.

I am very furious because these are my sweat and never dupe anyone of their sweat.

Let's see how everything will playout. If Tradexmastery succed pass few month.

Also I bought a 100k challenge with this their so called RESET PROMO since on the 16th of January, till today 26th of January, i haven't received, several messages, NO RESPONSE.

They keep extending the promo. IS FAKE.

Still no refund 4 months later. Only promotions of scam challenges. Last update was over 2 months ago saying they needed to check whether I was already refunded, what kind of morons are employed here. Avoid at all costs
