JUNE 16 2025 DUPLICATED PURCHASE NEVER RETURNED!!!!

On June 16, 2025 I mistakenly purchased a Trade Challenge from TradeXMastery, not knowing there was already one paid for in my previous purchase with My Daily Choice of my then membership. I immediately emailed them of my mistaken purchase and the need for a refund. However, they never answered my email nor gave me a refund. I thought they were a reputable company that operated with integrity and had just assumed that since they never responded to my initial emails noticing them of my mistake that they returned my funds. Unfortunately, after I did an audit on my account that’s when I discovered that they never returned my funds! Other than the support email that I initially used to email them, I had no way of contacting them to follow up on my refund. However, once I did the audit, I found a number that they could be contacted with. I called the number on my statement on Friday December 26, 2025 and promptly left them a message. I still haven’t heard anything from them, so since it’s been six months, I’m making this claim and demand for my refund plus interest with this company and whoever else needed until my funds are returned! I initially paid $225 for the Trade Challenge and want a full refund with interest to total $270. For your convenience, I have attached the statement evidence showing my mistaken payment. I only expect a solution that includes this full refund with the expectation that if this happens to anyone else in the future that they stay in tune with their accounts, stay engaged with their customers and give immediate refunds when mistakes like this one are made. Thank you for your time and help with this situation..

Customer service is worthless, no payout!

They haven't paid my referral commission since 2025.11.22!!! I've written to customer service at least ten times, but I get the same template response, no matter what text I write. They regularly send emails about how much money they paid out to members, which is a lie! What they do is disgusting! They don't even respond to anyone's comments or opinions here on trustpilot. They don't even try to save their good reputation!

I submitted my withdrawal and followed…

I submitted my withdrawal and followed up many times asking for an update. Each time I was told it had been passed to the finance team and that someone would get back to me. After a long wait, the payout was suddenly rejected for supposedly breaking the rules. I went back through all my trades carefully and I haven't violated any rules at all.
Requesting a payout on CENTURY "100" is always straightforward. It goes through without turning into a long process.

Payment

Honestly, I’ve rarely had such a frustrating experience as with TradeXmastery. The company has failed to pay my due affiliate commission for over three months. Contact is almost nonexistent — messages are sent repeatedly, and either there is no response at all, or when they finally reply, it’s always the same story: “the payout has been forwarded for processing.” And that’s it. No details, no exact date, no real explanation.

It honestly feels like a copied-and-pasted excuse meant to buy time and make the problem go away. Three months have passed, and nothing has changed. This level of communication and reliability is extremely unprofessional and, in my opinion, unacceptable. If you’re considering working with TradeXmastery as an affiliate, I strongly recommend thinking twice — promises are easy, but actually paying commissions seems to be a completely different matter here.

SCAM !!! They paid in the beginning, but not anymore !!!

They paid in the beginning, but not anymore. It is a straight up SCAM. They do not even pay their affiliates, so it is a total scam, usually people who refer are paid even when traders are not. Do not buy any accounts or refer it to your friends, you will not get paid. They also blocked comments on their social media, because people are not getting paid, maybe a few to pretend they are paying. I do not recommend even visiting their website. SCAMMERS !!!

Manipulating company.
I have been with tradexmastery for almost a year and I can tell you this is the most frustrating company ever. I got my account blocked because they stated I had too many IP-adress lol just pure scam. I live in Sweden and trade everywhere of course it will be different adress.They don’t care about their clients. Just how to lure people that work hard. They will just make up excuse after excuse. Very unfortunate because they had potential.

Don’t trust this company with your money and hard work. You will think about giving up because of those sad fraudsters.

Worst propfirm ever! Stay away!!!

Still nothing they are a scam

I been trading with them since April passed two accounts and requested a payout took 50 days and I get a email saying my account is blocked because I had too many IP address. I been traveling, I moved state and I have a job that I go to while tradings nothing is wrong I should be able to trade from different places. I have prof of every move, travel state I been in and everything matches the IP addresses. That payout was for $4k. Then the same time I get a email from my other account saying the same thing I’m blocked because of IP addresses. That account was $6k in profit!

They do not pay out, support does not help. And they should be sued. They are now going to say in a comment that they have not done anything wrong and they have contacted me about this but they have not!!

Stay away if you don’t want to make these scammers more money and lose money yourself. I know the whole Akashx community is leaving them because of how they behave.

Payout

Tradexmastery is a reliable prop firm with excellent trading conditions and rules. Although payout times can be a bit long, they have always paid me every cent without any issues. Overall, a trustworthy firm with some of the best terms in the industry.

DO NOT RECOMEND

Very Bad experience. After many accounts, i passed my phase-1 challenge and did 5%, the account went for evaluation and it did not pass on the basis that I failed to comply with their Terms & Conditions. I did not over leverage nor did I use any copy trading but they still refused to reassessed. I do not recomend!

Don't trust them a word!

Giving one star because I have to otherwise there will be zero stars. Absolute joke this 'company'. Been working on my 200k one phase challenge all Summer to pass it. Passed it, received my funded account and even my first payout of $400 which I was waiting for 3 weeks! 2 weeks after suddenly they blocked my account saying that I did copy trading (even as a Akashx member you are allowed), used numerous IP addresses and did reverse hedge trading. Even after my appeal, because I haven't done any of this stated above, they don't want to give me my 200k funded account back. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. People are waiting months for payouts - no wonder, they have no money for payouts. Throwing out big sales to get people in to spend their money and after they rejecting payouts anyway. They won't be long here so don't get involved. Now they introduced affiliate program so others can bring people in based on lies because they can't do it themselves anymore. Btw when they blocked my account I found out that so many other people got rejected payouts and blocked accounts too so yeah you can put 1 and 1 together, hope you are smart enough to don't fall for their promises like 'payouts in 7 days' - total lie!!! Everything they are saying is a lie. Their website with block chain payouts is another lie. They are showing payouts like 25k etc but in email they are saying the biggest payout for this and that week was 4.5k. So yeah the block chain is another way how to played on people. Bunch of liars!

I have been with them for a long time…

I have been with them for a long time and I only had to take out once. Recently, my withdrawals have take longer to process, with my last one taking about two weeks. I reached out to the customer support, but their answers were been backed up with excuses. When I requested for a withdrawal it got canceled this time around.
I have never had to pay extra to access my money on CENTURY and 100 they don't hide behind excuses and their support always respond to all my questions.

Affiliates beware:payout delay now completed.

I requested my affiliate commission payout almost a month ago and still have not been paid. Every time I follow up, I receive a different excuse.

The company’s website clearly states that affiliate commissions are paid every Friday once the $100 minimum is reached. I exceeded this threshold well before requesting a payout, yet it has now been three weeks and four days with no payment and no clear resolution.

Affiliates are encouraged to refer people to this company, but when it’s time to pay earned commissions, the company fails to honor its own terms. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional, and it raises serious concerns about the company’s credibility.

The worst prop on the planet. Don’t give them a dime. Even if you have issues you can’t reach out to their support and communicate effectively, all their comments are off on IG. Just don’t fall victim, they have so so many issues

TradeX Mastery Does Not Pay Traders

The challenge rules are solid and fair and the customer service speed has greatly improved. My experience with customer service has been good. Unfortunately, the payouts take really long and I have NOT received mine thus far. I requested a payout for only $5,747 on October 17th and still have not received it. It has been beyond 50 business days and now I keep getting a canned response that is not helpful at all. This is not what one would expect from a prop firm and I only gave it a try because of a friend, and now I am not so sure it was wise. I plan to update this review as soon as they do finally complete the payout to give others an idea of what to expect. Here is the same response I get whenever inquiring customer support.

I can see that you are anxious to receive your funds. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do, at this moment, to aid in your request, since your payout request has already been escalated and expedited. Our Billing Department has already been made aware of your Payout Request, and it's due to be processed.
In other words, our team has already taken your payout request into account. You are welcome to write to us as many times as you wish, and we will serve you with utmost kindness and respect, but there is only so much that we can do as customer support agents. We can escalate and expedite a payout request, but we don't control the payout processing schedule.
Essentially, what I'm trying to convey is that I have done everything in my power to help you on this matter. Now, all we can do is wait. Our backend team will be processing your payout shortly. Once they do, you will receive a confirmation by email, but you will also be able to see it through your Dashboard.
I hope this clears things out. In case you have any other inquiries, don't hesitate to contact us.

I don't mind clear and transparent communication but I do think they need to sort out the payments because there is no way to trust if it takes over 50 days to get paid when it was originally supposed to be 21. I was then told 30 days and now that promise has also been broken. Starting to lose confidence. I was just telling many of my trading friends about them but I think it's best to direct them to FTMO instead where they payout in 3-5 business days. It's very annoying to get marketing emails where they brag about payouts yet I have not received a payout request made from October 17th. Something is not right. Providing an update since TradeXMastery chose to reply on this platform. I have again reached out to support and they have replied with the following dialogue. From support:Hello Jeremy,

Thank you for following up.

We can confirm that your payout request is currently with our accounting team for final review and processing. At this stage, no additional action is required from you.

You will receive a confirmation email once the payout is approved and processed to the email address on file. We appreciate your patience while the team completes this review. Unfortunately, we in support are unable to offer a timeline of how quickly they will be able to resolve the queue. Please keep an eye on your email for updates.

So, now with that being 5 more days ago, it would seem realistic to be paid soon. I intend to update once that happens so that I am being fair about expectations. I will also update the title to Pays traders, but late. My strong desire is that the company does the right thing as us traders work very hard to complete challenges. This is definitely a cautionary tale and something for traders to be mindful of if dealing with TradeXMastery.
