I have been using the Tradify platform for over three years, and up until recently, I loved it. However, in the last six months, my experience has changed, and I’ve found the support to be lacking. While I understand that my business operations are not cookie-cutter, there are several important functions that the platform lacks:
Contact Management: You cannot add multiple contacts for accounts or purchasing operations; everything must go into one field. This means everyone in my customers' businesses receives service reports, invoices, and booking reminders, which can be annoying when I forget to remove unnecessary email addresses.
Payment Processing: Tradify requires you to use their card merchant facility, preventing the use of more cost-effective platforms like Stripe or Square that I already have in place.
App Limitations: Many essential functions are inaccessible via the app. This means I still need to carry a computer to access various features, which is inconvenient.
Web-Based Issues: Since the platform is web-based, it struggles in areas with low network service, such as basements, making it difficult to save pictures and access necessary functions.
Customer Service: Most importantly, the customer service team seems indifferent to resolving issues. Their attitude is frustrating—it's reminiscent of dealing with a phone company.
Overall, I hope Tradify can address these concerns because I believe it has the potential to be a great tool for my business.
Think the biggest tick from me is working one on one with Albert, makes learning part enjoyable and is more than patient with me. Tradify as a platform is simply a game change I couldn’t live with out it now !

The service I recieve from Tradify is excellent for the most part. I have sent over feedback on several occasions and they often respond.
The service like others has its ups and downs, especially after todays outage, but they were quick to rectify this after the sevice did have an outage.
I have been using this software for a couple of years now and will continue to do so

I downloaded the free app to use the free trial my only regret was not using it sooner, I am now running my entire business through tradify and having more spare time than ever, looking back a job thats been quoted a month ago I can get kit ordered without any expensive mistakes and invoices are sent the same day of job completion, what more can you want?!

Wouldn't be without it! Almost a year using Tradify now. Great for tracking and scheduling jobs, and keeping track of enquiries. We find the Timesheet report and Job financial reports very useful for tracking time and costings. Support team are super helpful

I had very details and valuable training, with professional, which helped me to create enquiries, job and schedule it, and also quote, invoice in one go
I was on the hunt for a good booking management system that would work well with my chimney sweep business. I found Tradify, which looked like a perfect match! I used it for a couple of years, then had a case of FOMO from there competitor Servicem8 so switched for one season and regretted it very quickly! I couldn’t wait to slow done with work and get the chance to return to Tradify, which I did a few months ago and haven’t looked back!
Changing then changing back really made me appreciate all the features that work so well for me in Tradify and my ability to run my chimney sweep business so seamlessly. I love the customisable colour system in job status’s. I also really like that I can send invoices as drafts to xero that align with the xero invoice numbering. I also really appreciate being able to click through on a clients number on Tradify and it takes me to my phones text message app to text from, rather than an in house payable txt system that’s locked in servicem8. Tradify really suits my business so much better. The pricing is right, and support is good. Not that I’ve needed much of that. I would recommend it to any tradie looking to use a booking management system that’s straight forward and user friendly
