Great except website on PC now requires…
Great except website on PC now requires constant 2FA verification which makes it almost unusable. I understand the security but why not put money withdrawals, purchases etc behind 2FA and let the current market reporting open and not require constant verification?

Good interest rates but terrible customer service.
Opened a cash ISA to transfer from *other provider* for the better rate.
Went to fill out the transfer form and it asked for ‘ISA reference number’. Contacted *other provider* to check if I should use my account number as my reference number, they said I had to use my account number and sort code, and to contact T212 for help.
I explained the situation to T212 and repeatedly got explained how to transfer OUT using the numbers they provided. I’d re-iterate I was trying to transfer IN and sent screenshots of where I was struggling. They’d then pass it on to a ‘specialist team’ in a day or so, who would then explain the same thing to me (how to transfer OUT of T212) then go quiet on me when I corrected them.
I went round it circles with it for 2 weeks, talking to a few different people and eventually gave up. Ended up withdrawing funds from *other provider* and depositing it to T212 manually.
Luckily, as I’m in the process of buying a property using said funds, the fact that I have nearly two tax years’ worth of savings isn’t going to matter too much.
But overall I felt not listened to and frustrated.
Had they held their hands up and said ‘sorry, we have no way of working around this for XYZ reason’ instead of explaining the same piece of info to me that I wasn’t after, then saying I’d giving them the wrong info in the first place, I’d actually have preferred that.

Pretty great so far
