He always gets me going in the right direction. I had specific questions about Daily trading and he answered them all.

I was having an issue interpreting the information from Tradytics. Paulo went over that with me, looked at different tickers and analyzed each.

While I am a new trader and have way more to learn than I thought, the coaching was a wonderful experiance. Even with TMS process I was still overwhelmed with the information. Taking things slow is my best approach and the coaching was just right, answered my questions and provided just enough information to take the next step.

The coach was very helpful and informative. He helped me get my templets set up and guided me through the paper trading scenarios.

The fundamental course being sold is a series of modules that don't seem well organized in terms of outlining what the goals are for each module. They most often start with a screen visual with no explanation of what we are looking at or how it was obtained. There are these stock "notes" for example that I have no idea how to obtain. Visuals are everything, and the assumption should be that not everyone has two big screen monitors to view the tiny details on you trading platform screen, which may require you to use more sophisticated software to zoom in on details when needed or present power point slides to clearly state the steps. Since the student has to pay an astronomical amount more to get 1:1 coaching and watch lists, instruction on the steps to building a watch list with fundamental principals should be given to make the course complete. Finally, the modules introduce three separate platforms and set ups, with no explanation why these platforms were needed. I had to send an email requesting explanation. It should be made very clear that everything outside of SinkOrSwim is optional or designed for those who don't want to trade with Charles Schwab.

I feel so blessed to be part of the coach sandra team. The coaches are so helpful. I never felt like my questions were dumb. The videos are so detailed and easy to follow. Thank you for this opportunity.

A month ago. I am a new trader and in such a short period of time I have learned so much. Sandra and her team are absolutely amazing and respond to your questions quickly. There discord platform is one of the best i have seen. They offer private coaching calls as well and that comes with the plan as well. I have been working with Paulo who is great and has patience of a saint. Most important reason why I joined trading made simple is they do all the homework and backtesting and give you a weekly watchlist with all the info you need to enter trades. I run my own business and do not have the time to watch charts all day and find entry points so this is perfect for me to earn extra income for retirement.

This program is heavily marketed as a “set and forget” trading system compatible with both ThinkorSwim (TOS) and IBKR. My experience shows that this is not true for IBKR, and the gap between marketing and reality is significant.

I joined specifically for the Autopilot and Swing trade alerts, not coaching. I was told that as someone with prior options trading experience, I would not need a coach, so I did not enroll in the $12,000 lifetime coaching program. Instead, I planned to pay $3,000 for the annual program, with the option to later upgrade to $6,000 for lifetime access to Autopilot and Swing trades. I paid $1,500 upfront, but after encountering major issues, I realized the program was not suitable for me.

IBKR Compatibility Issue

On IBKR, stop-loss and take-profit orders are not anchored to the actual fill price. They remain fixed based on the market price at the moment the order is submitted. This makes it impossible to execute percentage-based exits reliably and completely breaks the “set and forget” promise.

Despite following the training videos step by step, asking questions in the Ask-Sandy Discord channel (Nov 18, 2025), raising the issue again by email on November 26, 2025, and being advised to contact IBKR directly, IBKR confirmed this behavior is platform-level and expected. This contradicts what I was told by the company.

As a result, I cannot set and forget these trades. I must manually adjust exits after fills, and sometimes I miss them. This defeats the purpose of Autopilot.

Performance Concerns

Even with only one contract per trade, after less than two months:
• Swing trades resulted in approximately $4,000 in unrealized losses
• Autopilot trades were also negative over recent months

For an alerts-only service, the risk-adjusted performance does not justify the high price. Other services provide better results at a fraction of the cost.

Refund Policy

There is no 30-day refund policy. Even if you realize within weeks that the program does not work for you or your broker, you are stuck. When I declined to pay the second installment due to ongoing failures, my request for a proportional refund was refused.

Why so many 5-star reviews?

Most positive reviews focus on coaching, not the actual alert performance or execution results. Once someone pays $12,000 for lifetime coaching with no refund, there is little incentive to leave an honest negative review, even if dissatisfied.

Bottom Line
• Marketed as IBKR-compatible – not true in practice
• “Set and forget” – impossible on IBKR
• High cost – poor performance
• No safety net – no refunds

This is a clear case of marketing versus reality. If you are an IBKR user, be extremely cautious before enrolling.

Coach LJ was patient and understanding. I have a lot of work to do and he was able to explain a lot.

I was very pleased with the coaching. He was patient with me as I have an unusual computer set up. He took time to explain the why and how in detail.
