Feb 16, 2026: The seller's system status changed to "Shipping provider handed over."
Feb 23, 2026: Upon my inquiry about the lack of tracking movement, a representative (Li-Ming T.) stated in writing: "It’s within EU - it does not come from China :)".
Feb 24, 2026: To verify this, I contacted the carrier, DPD Poland, directly. Their International Inquiry Department provided the following official statement:
"According to our system the parcel has not been dispatched in DPD network, we do not have this parcel."
The Issue:
Conflicting Information: There is a direct contradiction between the seller's written assurance that the parcel is "within the EU" and the carrier's official confirmation that they have not yet physically received the shipment (Tracking: 13289611176976).
Tracking Stagnation: The tracking number has remained in the "Registered" (label created) stage for 11 days, despite the seller's claims of handover.
Communication Concerns: The lack of transparent information regarding a high-value transaction of over €1,000 is highly concerning.
Conclusion:
The official evidence from the carrier confirms that the physical parcel has not entered their network, contrary to the seller’s claims. I am sharing this to ensure transparency and to request an immediate, factual explanation regarding the actual location of my goods.

TradingShenzhen replied claiming the delay was due to my address being in Greek.
This is false. I changed my address to full English format on 14 February 2026 and informed their support the same day.
Furthermore, DPD Poland has now officially confirmed that tracking number 13289611176976 is routed to Spain, not Greece.
After 12 days of contradictory statements, false “handed over” status, and zero proof of the correct item (16GB/1TB Global HK Black – no photo, no IMEI, no serial number), I have lost all trust in this seller.
Moreover, on February 24th, your own agent Li-Ming T. explicitly offered:
"If not [shipped], we can directly refund you the money and cancel the order."
I therefore demand an immediate full refund of €1,037.00.
I will continue to update this review with the outcome.

FINAL UPDATE:
As I warned the seller many times, DPD Poland officially confirmed that the parcel was DELIVERED IN SPAIN to a completely different person on 3 March.
This is the ultimate proof:
Intentional Deception: They knowingly gave me a fake tracking number (13289611176976) belonging to another customer.
Confirmed Lies: Their excuses about my “Greek address” and “DPD is wrong” were 100% fabricated.
No Accountability: Even after being caught with proof from their own carrier, they refused to refund my €1,037 and continued lying.
Closing the case:
TradingShenzhen never refunded a single euro themselves. They only cancelled the order (IZGETVCYK) and stopped responding after my credit card company successfully completed the chargeback. Their own system even showed “Completed – Successfully complete” on 3 March — the exact day it was delivered to someone else in Spain.
I finally got my money back through the bank, but only after weeks of stress, false updates and endless lies.
Lesson learned: The “EU Warehouse” promise is a complete scam. Avoid TradingShenzhen at all costs.
I am rewriting this comment with the intention of making it Verified.

- The refund was not issued voluntarily by you. It was processed by my bank through the chargeback (FGR/2026/10995).
- I never received the Honor Magic 8 Pro. DPD Poland confirmed three times in writing that the parcel was delivered in Spain to another person on 3 March.
- Your own system showed “Completed – Successfully complete” on the same day.

This is my second purchase from TradingShenZhen, and once again, everything went smoothly. From the moment of purchase to receiving the package in Ireland, you have to wait at least two weeks. They prepare the shipment for the first five days, then it takes 9-10 days for it to arrive. I'll definitely buy again when the time comes. P.S. They're persistently sending me an EU adapter, but in Ireland, the standard is the same as in the UK or Hong Kong 😁

I found their email replies quick and clear.
Their delivery was within a week.
Overall a good experience.

It took just 11 days from the time I ordered the Xiaomi 17 Ultra to its delivery to my address in Slovenia (EU). There were no issues with customs. I also received timely updates on the package’s progress from the seller and later from the courier service. The phone arrived in a package that was very well protected against damage. Kinda tough one to give rating not gonna lie the order came in 9 business days which was pretty fast delivery the package itself was simple yet professional it was handled nicely.The phone itself i ordered is still in testing with my hands because i cloned my previous phone i dont know if it copied some weird settings for camera because its kinda lagging video is smooth the whole phone in general tho is a beast itself never lags honestly almsot everything went perfect with order i would reccomend buying pretty trustworthy people.
