Traffic Safety Warehouse did what FedEx would not. . .
I ordered an 18 inch Stop Sign Paddle from Traffic Safety Warehouse. The box arrived and it looked like it was run over by the FedEx truck that delivered it. The stop sign was missing the battery and charging cords. The stop sign was useless with the missing parts.
I contacted Colette in the Customer Service Department at Traffic Safety Warehouse and explained the situation to her. She was so helpful and shipped me a replacement. I had the replacement within a week.
I appreciated the assistance that Colette gave me.
With customer service like this, I will be ordering from Traffic Safety Warehouse again when I need crossing guard supplies.

vague descriptions
I ordered a part and there was no assistance as to what additional parts I may need to complete the job. When I emailed and then called regarding the additional parts and wanting to add them to the order, I got no help. I had to do a separate order and pay for shipping for a handful of bolts. So I ordered them from someone else.

Product was good but delivery was over a week late and was told 4 different times it would be there the next day. Was told by TSW there was nothing they could do and basically blame it on the delivery company. Basically didn't care. They chose the delivery company they should probably start using a better one
