Lacks transparency on already available court options.
Great communication and professional staff, but lacking in transparency. I paid $100 only to find out their 'service' is literally just selecting a drop-down option on the Las Vegas Justice Court website. If you haven't had a ticket in 3 years, the court lets you reduce certain violations to a parking ticket (with zero points and no traffic school) just by paying a fee online. I essentially threw $100 away.

Excellent team and excellent service ease the pain of having the ticket. Was my first ticket ever was painless. They got the ticket dropped almost completely 0 points and no driving school all for under 600 bucks. I’m highly satisfied.
