Supposed to deliver my tent yesterday via EVRI but still not delivered today and I am leaving tomorrow. Tried their website robot - tried and failed to connect me to a human. Tried calling their help line and their IVR can't connect me as they have multiple brands. Rubbish.

Extremely pleased with the tent
So pleased with my new Gidleigh 5 man tent. Well priced (on offer) and delivered next day for a very reasonable fee. Tent itself is perfect as an upgrade to a secondhand pole tent. As the only adult travelling with two young children, this tent is quick and easy to set up. Darkened bedrooms helped for better bedtimes and later starts in the morning and the living space plus canopy gave us plenty of space to enjoy the tent on rainy days. Extremely pleased with my purchase and so happy I took the plunge.

Customer care was good
Customer care was good. I ordered a double self-inflating mattress and something went wrong with the delivery. It got sent back without me ever seeing it. But Trail apologised and offered me my money back or to resend the mattress by express delivery ( which I accepted). Very happy with the item when it did arrive.
