Great to hear the cooler kept your drinks ice cold throughout the whole festival! Thanks for sharing your experience and the handy crushed ice tip too.
Grea product, great service.
Excellent event shelter at a great price in the sale. We had a large family gathering and needed to use some outdoor space. The weather was extremely wet but the shelter worked perfectly! Will also be good for shade in hot weather. Good, accurate shipping information and even a follow up email from Trail offering assistance/advice about assembly if we needed it. Would highly recommend.

Great Beach Trolley
Great product and speedy efficient service. Well made and robust trolley which I am certain will cope with stony as well as sandy beaches. Much wider wheels than some similar trolleys.

Not so easy to assemble but cheaper than everyone else.
Cheaper than elsewhere. Instruction not great and so fiddly to put up. One of my poles the elastic was already snapped but tied it up myself.

Fair price for what looks like a decent tent. I've done a test erection and seemed easy enough. Couldn't get it back in the bag with any ease but that will improve with practice. Delivery service was very helpful in leaving the box where requested by my wife.

The items didn't arrive on time for what I had paid for, not a disaster just disappointed.
Well packaged items however.
Easy to set up the item but the spikes into the ground really not substantial or robust enough. We had the guy ropes nice and tight but eventually the two end sheets blew down the central pair surprisingly stayed up pretty much.

Broken pole, impossible for trail to comprehend.
I broke a pole on my first trip, asked trail if they can supply a new one and what cost, so far we are 10 emails deep, trail insisting on photos and videos of the pole so they can conduct investigations, investigate what? I need a new pole because I broke one, tell me how much and put it on the post, the level of stupidity we are at now with this is quite frankly laughable. I will get a new pole elsewhere and I will be reluctant to use trail again.
