Sales numbers over customer satisfaction

I find it very disappointing how little sales and services work to improve customer satisfaction. It feels as if the purchase is made and invoice given and then no communication after to let me know it is in for pickup. So I came two days late and find I have to wait another week because something being done with computers. My appliance is there but I cannot get it because of computer and salesman didn't warn me about this issue in advance. Very irritating

Hi Richard, thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused. The delay you encountered was due to our transition to a new system, a major company-wide upgrade designed to improve communication, inventory accuracy, and overall service across Trail Appliances. While this upgrade will significantly enhance the customer experience long-term, we recognize that the transition period created unexpected disruptions, and we regret that this was not communicated to you in advance. Your feedback has been shared with our team, as clearer communication is essential. We truly appreciate your patience and thank you for your understanding as we work to improve our systems and service.
