It took almost 3 months for them to send an item i bought (antenna bracket) and they didnt give any urgency when I escalated to them mutliple times that I haven't received my item. They paid parts of the shipping cost but now I have to re do my uhf wiring due to fitting the new bracket when I eventually get it. Terrible customer service. I dont recommend it.

The brackets were well built, but for the cost they'd want to be. Came with no mounting hardware. Instruction pictures are terrible. Do better for the prices you charge.

Trailbait have designed, manufactured and supplied exactly what I was looking for.
After installing the light bar I have been nothing other than impressed by the quality and simplicity of the item.
Installation was straight forward. The upgrade in quality light in very dark conditions at high beam is remarkable.
I spend a lot of time commuting in darkness and I feel safer and more confident. I also love the fact that it is almost invisible from the outside with no external modifications required.

If they come up with any other clever ideas, I will be first in line.

All the parts in the kit are well manufactured and the instructions are easy to follow. The plug-ins for the existing wiring loom were especially useful and made the wiring very easy to install. The only issue I had was with the 2 light brackets, I had to trim 4mm off each one to allow the brackets to line up with the holes in the base of the cavity.
