Delighted I Discovered Trail Coach
I can't praise the Trail Coach team enough. The transformation in my child who loves biking but is highly anxious is down to their dedication and enthusiasm for all things biking. Without fail every team member holds similar values that encourages the children to push themselves out of their comfort zone and to celebrate their achievements and successes. The structure of the sessions is superb so that from an early age the children realise that in order to bike well the need to maintain their bikes and also reflect on what's gone well, but what didn't go so well, this helps them improve. As a parent I love the pictures and videos that are posted at the end, it gives a real insight into the sessions.
