I would give 5 star as all my experience was so good starting from approaching Muhammad at TrailTravels to book for my 1st umra with my husband ending to come back to the UK. He was so helpful, always here to answer our questions, hotels in makkah and madina was lovely and close by, transport was well organised the whole experience was great, I am so great greatfull about my umra experience with them, I already recommend them to my friends and next time InshaAllah I would love to take my children. I contacted Trail Travels to book an emergency flight for 2 adults. The best thing about the experience was that I only had to explain my requirements once. They handled my request professionally and I was kept updated on the progress of my booking throughout. Competitively priced and a company that visibly cares about it's customers satisfaction - I would recommend without hesitation.

trailTravels have been very helpful during my umrah Experience. they have all gone out of their way for me.Very helpful brother. also got back to me when I called or WhatsApp. the hotels were Anjum in Makkah..good hotel. Lovely staff and clean rooms. Medina was al saja medinah. I loved this hotel. Massive rooms and clean. Thank u Bhai. I would definitely recommend this agent and I shall be booking again very soon..also they were the cheapest out of 6 other companies I looked out.. 10 stars.
