Workouts are simple and effective. Great video demonstrations and I like how they show professionals using the moves. Game brain is amazing, analyzing is very important and this is a great way to do it.

Wonderful 🔥🔥
This program allows ballers to watch the game brain videos which improves their intelligence on the pitch as it has coaches to analyse for them which makes it easier and the drills you guys do is simple because you provide a video example of top class players doing all these little things which will improve everyone's game.
The schedule makes it easy for players because you can drag and play around with it as this will save you a lot of time and also it has certain workouts if you want to improve or remain consistent.
The notes section is helpful because if you know you did something wrong in the game you don't have to feel bad about it because most players write that on their notes at TrainEffective which this leads to help and advice in order to push yourself and others.
Lastly, the classroom is helpful because it contains motivational content and inspirational too at the same time as this allows players to go deeper into their minds as this content talks about the mindset, not only football but in general life. 🔥🔥This program is a must have in your arsenal, especially if you want to see real improvement. Defo recommended it

Really helpful, effective drills, amazing organization and it really helps bring the community together with the chatboxes and helps with layers share experiences and learn from another, the long system and streak icon on the website has often formed ever me to train when I'm feeling extremely tired or just don't feel like training.
