There is method and they have it! I wasn’t sure and definitely a little skeptical. I had finished my certified personal training program before using Trainer Academy and wasn’t sure if this study guide would be more like a course versus a guide, but it was perfect! I was able to use the guide as I needed for certain areas and followed the 6-month (I think) study guide that was provided. I had did all the free online things I could before landing here, but what was key here was the flash cards, practice quizzes and most of all the practice test! The questions were very similar if not harder than the actual CPT exam which made me very prepared. If you’re thinking about making an investment into yourself, do it!! I am proud to report that PASSED my CPT 7 exam and would use this guide all over again!

I put off taking my NASM exam for a year and a half because I was nervous I would fail. I’m so thankful I found trainer academy. Their study guide helped me break everything down and give me the confidence to take the test. I passed first try!

The CPT course has great practice exams. I don’t think the other material is very useful at least for me, but it might help others. The exam goes way beyond the “cheat sheet”. I liked and did think this practice material was worth it.

The NASM book is great, and I'm sure you could figure it out on your own with time and a lot of effort. With that being said, I purchased this study guide just to ensure that what I was learning was what I should be learning for the test. And I'm grateful I did, because I was studying the wrong things, it was Good stuff to know overall, but not so great for passing a test. Anyway I passed the test first try, and I'm not sure I would have if I didn't use this guide. If anyone is wondering, yes I'm a real person, and this is a real review. Keep in mind I still had to study extensively. This isn't a magic pill, it's just packaged nicely enough that you know which direction you should be going.

Trainer Academy's study guide made prep for the test a breeze. Being able to weed through all the content in the book made understanding the important easy. I passed the final on my first try.

The detail and ease of finding the content I needed to work on. It's very well designed.

Without a college degree in kinesiology, the Trainer Academy program cut through all of the organizing and research time it would have took me to create the study materials. Basically, everything you would normally do studying for any test, they have it all, so all you have to do is study. With the CSCS being so large, creating the study guide would take months, so if you have the money, this study guide can save you alot of time.

This study guide has made my journey much easier to getting my CSCS and is extremely organized and easy to navigate. I really enjoy how everything is totally mapped out for you. Initially I was unsure of purchasing and now have not regretted my decision.

Love how you guys “condense” the notes yet it’s coming right from the textbook. I wish chapter 6 talked about Karvonen method more, but overall it has helped me get through the textbook pretty quickly while grasping the material.

This option was specific to my context. I was coming up on the exam date and needed so solid material to prepare within the short I had. Trainer Academy provided that and more. Albeit I have a background with the NSCA, taking two other certifications but this really served as the capstone for my preparedness.

Overall it was great and had good outlines of the chapters. The addition of note cards and mnemonics were helpful too!

The depth of information goes well with the textbook required for the CSCS. The reviews and materials provided allow for a well rounded preparation for the CSCS.

Trainer Academy's CSCS MVP Package is laid out in an easy to use format. The practice test are challenging and varied, and the audio study guide with the additional hints and info is really helpful in figuring out the key elements to pay attention to. When I take the CSCS exam I’ll do so with confidence after having used Trainer Academy’s study guide.

I failed the first time but I didn’t grasp the concepts in full before moving on to the next chapter. I was passing all the tests and I religiously listened to the lectures and studied the chapters. I followed the 8 week plan. Ultimately I didn’t pass the first time then I changed over to the movement system study guides and videos and I passed with an 87 and an 81 on both. I loved how the tests and quizzes were laid out but they were just questions that were nothing like what the test were. They said if you fail you can get your money back but I responded to their emails three times to be automated back to a bot. If you’re studying for the CSCS I would use the movement system study materials instead.

Trainer academy CSCS prep program was a game changer! I took the CSCS exam over 20 years ago right after graduating with an Exercise Science degree. I let my certification also due to not needing it for my career. I recently needed to obtain it to qualify for a strength coaching job and had two weeks to prepare. I studied all the easy to follow study questions that were part of the program and took all the practice tests and passed the CSCS exam with ease. This is the absolute best way to prepare for this exam.
