Awful stock control

Cancelled the order after multiple weeks claiming out of stock. Has initiated a refund but the money wont be back for 2 weeks according to the cancellation message.

Hi, I’m really sorry about your experience. I completely understand the frustration here.

This came down to a stock issue on our side, and rather than keep you waiting any longer, we made the decision to cancel and issue a full refund as soon as we knew we couldn’t fulfil it within the expected timeframe.

The refund timeframe mentioned is set by the payment provider, not something we control, but it should be back with you as soon as they process it.

We’ve already changed how we operate, and won't run into this issue again.

I really do appreciate you giving us a try, and I’m sorry we didn’t get it right this time.
