A nice one stop shop to research…
A nice one stop shop to research courses through business partners… there are many more training organisations that offer courses than the short list of providers via this site!
The site doesn’t have a clear symbol/search engine for fee help providers.
Hours were waisted opening every providers course only to find it wasn’t fee help or didn’t offer start now delivery with a fee help course.

childcare
i’ve wanted to get into my childcare course for a long time. i’ve applied many times and wasn’t able to attend the classes because they were “too full” or i was too late. but once i enquired about a course i was interested in the next day i was rung. it made me feel seen and wanted. the lady i spoke to was lovely and listened what i had to say and worked around all the responsibilities i have in my life. i’m now enrolled in the course of my dreams and it works for me. i was put on a plan to pay off my course as well which makes things easier because i am moving out of home.

Beware what you wish for
Beware what you wish for. My Asian daughter in law had a mental health problem early 2021 and while still under treatment signed up for a Real Estate Course costing over $2000. She is unemployed and ill and has defaulted, the debt was outsourced to ARMA who regularly harass her. She has paid heaps of money and hasn't done the course

Despite that
Despite that, I am not a student, I can say that the people in open college is very☺ important by doing the job with us as future students.
I like the way the customer service representative helps us to feel motivated studying with Open College Certificate IV in Disability.

The website is misleading in that is identifies courses to be subsidised through particular RTOs however, after spending hours contacting the RTOs none of the courses were subsidised wasting so much heartache and valuable time. Very disappointing
