Simple to navigate, clear information and found exactly what i was searching for.

Was supposed to have tutor ring me on Saturday to discuss course I enrolled in and she didn’t call me.

Very easy to navigate and get the information i needed to make a decision on the right course for me, will use again in the future if I decide to do more courses.

Katie Sanders who called me about the course was very friendly and answered all my questions. She emailed me promptly with all the course information. It was so good being bale to talk to someone quickly.

I found this very helpful for searching courses for future study. I recieved immediate response saying someone will contact me shortly to discuss further, in which they all did. Very happy thank you.

I was a bit confused at first about all the information on RTOs which seemed to overlap. But when I understood the system, it was very good to make a decision and get started.

I found many course options and providers. It seems that the courses are in the private sector, which is ok. I am also looking at government funded and accredited courses, like TAFE and University, due to having already completed a Bachelor's Degree in a different, whilst related field. I have gained much information from the providers, who have addressed all my queries.
I am not yet ready to decide and start study. I do feel that I have a lot of options to help me decide.
I will consider using this site again, if necessary, in the future.

Although the company attempted to call me after I had made and inquiry online, which I was not able to answer because I was in class. Afterwards they do not really seem bothered to help me and I have called them several times and the person they have appointed to me is always available but I feel as they could appoint another advisor to me as I have not even spoken to my appointed person once. or just have someone to answer my surface level inquiries. The second time they called I answered and the phone cut or was cut on me... and when I called back, after 10 seconds of them calling me they said my appointed person in a meeting (but why were they just calling me a couple seconds ago to say) and they said they would call me back later that day. Which did not happen....

They were not of much help to me and I just have to figure it out on my own now.

Got an email straight away! So far I'm happy with it.

I request to be contacted. The phone rang from a number I didn't recognise. I answered it and the person on the other end said "hi this is Alex" and I heard nothing else. I said "hello?" a few times and hung up. I had no idea who Alex was at this point. I then got a rude text message saying "Hi Ella,
Alex from training.com.au I have tried to call you a few times now regarding your enquiry. Seems like you hung up on me when I mentioned where I was from. Are you still interested in the course?
Alex"
I didn't hang up on him. This was rude and assuming of him. I was offended and Alex can now rest assured I will not be contacting him.

Rebecca you sent me email about different courses which helps me to find right course related to my field.

I found this resource very helpful. It assisted me to find an RTO that is able to deliver the qualification I’m interested in. In the process of seeking approval from my employer.
