They failed to provide the online course, were rude, condescending and refused to provide a refund. I would not recommend anyone use them.

Not bad training room and equipment but the trainer was not conscious of the time and the breaks so we went over time and she was flustered as she knew she was behind the whole day.
She was a paramedic and not trained as a teacher and it showed.

Reply : at the time i was given the same response as you mentioned Jared . But there was no wipes for face shields on the day of training. In addition No Oxygen was shown for oxygen therapy practical in the advanced CPR . This was discussed at depth with the manger on the day. I was given a reply call a week later and the same was discussed, with out a satisfactory resolution. Your requested review is done, thank you for the opportunity

Inexperienced Instructor
Training course was fast and cheap, however the course itself was an absolute let down, anyone attending this shouldn't expect to learn anything. The instructor did not know the content and had no actual first hand experience in the matter. Things were being taught that were incorrect and somewhat negligent and not in line with ARC guidelines.
