They failed to provide the online course, were rude, condescending and refused to provide a refund. I would not recommend anyone use them.

Very good trainer

Very good trainer who covered everything with hands on and testing included
But content is too much for a 6 hour course ( that in fact extended to over 7 hours in total, 9.00 to 5.15 with 2 short breaks). This was no problem but the amount of content was too much to take in in one hit. A second day which included a very good revision of day 1 would be better.
Also Training Aid Australia’s new premises are much too cramped for the practical component.

Happy

Hi, The trainer was absolutely delightful and authentic in his experience. I was actually quite dreading it as I thought it would be dry but nope was really interesting! I can't remember the trainers name but he was an ambulance guy and had loads of stories. Quite mind boggling actually. Thank you, if I need to upgrade will definitely go with you again.

Great trainer

Great trainer, power points need proof reading, many spelling and grammatical errors. Also, I sent an email prior to the course, was told it was sent to Warwick, I never heard back from him. Poor communication.
