meg is an amazing diet and fitness coach, most importantly though, she has helped me most with my mindset around my health journey. i loved how she reassured me that i was doing amazing with any setback i had which gave me so much confidence to continue. the meals were so yummy although i did find it harder being an international client trying to find some of the food in my country, despite this, meg was so accommodating with making swaps so that i could get the most out of the plan :) i loved the workout app feature and being able to ask as many questions as i needed with a super quick reply. i am so happy my first coach was meg, couldn’t recommend enough!!

Meg is amazing! Honestly, I have had so many ups and downs in the year that I have been with Meg, but she just gets it and does whatever she needs to to help you achieve your goals. I ended up on crutches just over 2 months ago and she added home workouts that I could do that still allowed me to reach my goal until I could get back in the gym! Even when you’re not always consistent or going through a hard patch, she is always there supporting you to help you through! So grateful I got to be a part of team Meg!

I’ve been training with Meg for about 7 months now and Meg has truly made this experience so amazing! For years I have wanted to sign up with a coach, but never did until I found Meg. I love that she makes meal plans/recipes that taste good and are easy to stick to! I’ve truly come to love cooking because of her 🥹 not only are the meals amazing, but the workouts are killer and I mean than in the best way possible! 😍 Meg has got me working muscles that I didn’t even know existed haha I have a new found confidence in the gym now and I love going into my workout knowing exactly what I’m going to be working out with my plan. Not only does Meg give you a personalized workout/meal plan, but she’s always there for you to talk about anything else you may have going on in life. I loved working with Meg over the last year and a half, she has truly changed my life and my mindset towards my body, food, and my entire lifestyle. The best coach with the best coaching programs you could ever wish for ! Meg is not only sweet, kind, adorable etc but also sooo professional in what she does.
She really tries to satisfy the client by offering a program that suits the best for the client; what I’ve experienced personally… she really listens to your needs and try to fulfill that with a realistic program. Besides that, she not only coaches you but she is also there for you when you need someone to talk to you. She makes you feel so comfortable and gives u the opportunity to be 100% yourself. One of the lessons I’ve learned during the journey is that there will be many ups and downs, but everything is possible if you really want it and stay consistent; even if it takes longer than you expected. The biggest lesson that I’ve learned is that you always need to put yourself on the first place and always need to prioritise yourself. At the beginning of the journey, my biggest goal was to lose weight, but now at the end I have accomplished something way better: a bigger self confidence. With all the advice she gave me, I was able to create a better self image and more self confidence and for me that was the most important thing. I am really grateful for all the lessons that she taught me and the fact that she was there when I needed to. You really cannot wish for a better coach than Meg!
My best investment ever
Meg is such a nice person who completely understands where you are coming from. She will not shame you for missing a workout or anything which really helped me to create a healthy new routine. I don't even feel like 'on a diet' or 'ugh i have to workout'. I genuinly love my new routine, which i couldn't have created without her help!
I did not like this program
I did not like this program. I felt like the program was not catered to me. I signed up for only meal plans & a workout showed up. If the trainer was paying attention why would they give out a workout plan for free...Regarding the meals, I paid to receive a weekly meal plan but then had to ask for new meals each week. I follow Meg on socials so I see when she's posting new recipes & at in-take there are apparently 100s or recipes available so why wouldn't she just provide new meals each week. When I did ask for a change in my meal plan, I got 1 recipe changed out & the rest were the exact same. It felt like she didn't have time to handle me as a client & I barely spoke to her or asked of her, I just wanted meals that I didn't have to ask for. What I was sold is not what I got.
Unfortunately did not work for me
After reading previous reviews, I am glad to see that this has worked for some. For others, I have the same experience. I just want to say that I unfortunately was in a completely different time zone and have such a busy work schedule that this program was not what I expected. The ingredients of meals were off due to a lot of things not being available in the US as compared to the UK. I had to substitute a lot which did not make sense to me since many substitutes threw off my macros and calorie calculations. I also initially had the plan where video chats were included in the check ins, but I have not once had a video chat and still continued to be charged for that plan until the plan eventually changed. I also addressed my concern and spoke about how this does not fit for me financially regardless of which plan, especially since I could not get a lot out of the program since communication was not prompt due to time zone differences and schedule differences. I felt as if my card was just getting charged monthly for me not receiving what I hoped for even though I communicated this. It’s unfortunate I could not have cancelled due to a lot of money being spent that affected me financially and I was not given any information of who I can contact about this concern. It was very unprofessional in my opinion how everything was settled. I really wish this program worked for me as it sounds like it has potential but the lack of communication was not effective at all for me and again, I financially was affected negatively.

Everyone deserves a Meg
I started with Meg with the intention of just losing weight but she has given me so much more. She is so supportive in every aspect of your life that you want to share with her. She never once made me feel guilty when I wasn’t giving it 100% and only guided me back to becoming the best version of me. My day to day self care has honestly never been better and the more little things I do for myself the happier I am in myself. I’ve learned to prioritise me. She’s also gotten me from not working out at all to 50 minute early morning gym sessions in the space of a few months. I cannot recommend her enough, Meg is the most supportive angel. Changing my life - one meal at a time
Meg is just incredible. I didn’t realise how warped by relationship with food was until I started working with her. I’m now eating when I should be, loving the gym and thriving in a state of balance. I have my favourite foods everyday and don’t feel guilty eating them. Also managed to smash PB’s in the gym which makes me feel incredible!

Meg is an amazing coach, she is soooo lovely and super encouraging!! I have never been happy with my weight and have never had the best relationship with food, along with having awful gym anxiety at the same time. Since starting with Meg at the end of October, she has completely changed my mindset about dieting! She emphasises that what's on the scales doesn't count, it's how you feel that matters and I 100% feel better in myself! My self-assurance has improved massively, I have become soooo much more confident in the gym and will happily sit in the weights section now without feeling insecure (this was always the worst part of the gym for me). Meg has helped me to understand that food is fuel and you can still eat good food whilst achieving your goals! The meal and workout plans are super easy to follow and she always checks that you are happy with the plans provided. She also has been in my shoes before and completely understands that we have 'down days' and would never judge me if I didn't reach things like my protein intake or my step goal! Meg emphasises positive thinking and self-love, she will always hype you up and if you need a rant or are having a down day, Meg is there to pick you up!! You can tell she really does care about her clients and wants them to feel amazing - as they should!!

My experience with Meg was amazing! I started this journey with an idea of loosing weight. Meg helped me with so much more than losing weight and with the way I look at food, self talk and the whole approach to this journey. I definitely had some ups and downs but Meg was always there for me, never judge me if I didn’t put my 100% into it because I couldn’t for some reason. She always motivated me and made me feel understood which helped me to push through and work on myself. The whole program worked well for me. It’s up to you how much you’re going to communicate with Meg regarding to meals or workouts as I never had a problem if something didn’t suit me or I found it difficult, I asked Meg if we can change it and she did with no problem. I would highly recommend Meg! She is an absolute angel and I believe there isn’t better online coach than she is!!!
