There is a lot of general, unnecessary information. If the course were divided by specialties (ship types: offshore, gas carriers, tankers, bulk carriers), it would be both shorter and more useful. It would be worth adding a section on types of gas detectors (checks, settings, and where and which types are best to use—specifically by ship type). Also, trainees should be given more attempts to pass the control questions at the end of each section. Sorry if my assessment seems too biased or subjective to you. Thank you for your understanding.
