Easy to follow with sound advise for setting up your workspace.
The course contains some visual errors: for example, there is far too little arm support compared to what you should have when you use a keyboard, and the placement of monitors so that window light either dazzles or gives glare. This seems to indicate a lack of quality assurance of the finished course from an expert in ergonomics/SME. People in personal protective equipment, occasionally with a walkie-talkie, seem out of place in a course about office ergonomics. The course is only available in English. It does not reflect Norwegian conditions as it should when it has to be taken by Norwegian employees. The course is also far too long. The material could be presented in a more time-efficient way. And last but not least, a pre-test should be offered for users who already know the subject.

The course was ok, but some illustrations cannot be right: A picture shows the incorrect placement of screens about windows in the sequence: Ergonomics. Illustrations in the Musculoskeletal Disorders sequence show a person in front of a computer without adequate forearm support.
Excellent product for knowledge level of training.
Many of local companies worldwide need workspace improvement by implementing DSE and Ergonomics instructions explained through such training.
