A good reminder
It was fine to be reminded about how important it is to do physical movement/exercise and often change working positions
I think the information was good and informative.
It was useful information but not really relevant to office work so much as ware house labor.
Perfectly ok.
After completion it stopped in the progress to get confirmation of completing the course. Had to log out and in several times before confirmation were updated
