Another poorly executed module. The 'estimated time' is significantly off, and the content relies on long-winded, low-quality videos that add no value. As with the previous module, the material is heavily UK-centric and disconnected from the realities of working on a US-flagged Jones Act vessel. It’s an inefficient use of a seafarer’s time.

Very excellent and well prepared. Deals with day-to-day issue which crew may come across as they perform their daily duties. Very good tool to encourage a culture of Servant Leadership and commitment to perform our jobs to the best of our ability. It reminds us of the need to watch out for each other and to own up to our mistakes or failures. The 5 principles and the 3 types of reaction were the best learning part for me.
