Gives me new knowledge, SIRE 2.0 is an 8-hour inspection of vessel based on VIQ (Vessel Inspection Questionnaire) focusing on compliance of vessel on SMS on vessel ISM records and maintenance. On real time inspections with used of explosive rated tablets to records photo and document observations. Inspectors use graded response to assess compliance on Vessel performance.
